Pathway "Future Society"

v.1.28 (10/10/2025-10/02/2026, 21:25)

Section 0: Philosophy and Global Context: From Expansion to Balance

0.1. Biological program and the dead end of expansion

At the core of the behavior of any biological species, including humans, lies a single "firmware": to strive for the preservation and reproduction of life. This is achieved through three basic functions: defense, resource accumulation, and expansion (enlargement of habitat). Humanity, driven by this program, has successfully completed the task of planetary expansion. But having reached the boundaries of the biosphere and not yet having the ability to go beyond them, civilization found itself trapped. The energy of expansion, finding no external outlet, began to be directed inward, generating self-destructive processes. Humanity's unique defense mechanism — intellect — instead of seeking paths of harmonious development, began creating competing myths and ideologies, which became new pretexts for global conflicts. A fundamental question arose: what mechanisms need to be created, firstly, to channel the natural need for expansion into a constructive direction, avoiding overpopulation and resource scarcity, and secondly, to reduce people's need to wage destructive wars with the risk of destroying our common home — planet Earth?

0.2. Systemic crisis as the "Six-Headed Dragon"

The modern system of society's governance is a global six-headed dragon, where each head performs its function of maintaining an ineffective and unjust order.

  • Two main, global heads:
  1. Head 1: Consumer Worldview. This head shapes the worldview. A global value system that imposes the cult of endless consumption as the highest goal of human life. It forms a worldview in which status and pleasures are placed above creation and development.
  2. Head 2: International credit and financial system. This head, directly subordinate to the first, thrives on loan interest and the power of transnational corporations. It usurps the planet's resources, destroys the middle creative class through monopolies, and turns the state into a superfluous intermediary-parasite between the people and resources.
  • Four subordinate, national heads:

3. Legislative power. 4. Executive power. 5. Judicial power. 6. Presidential (or other supreme) power. Historical experience proves that attempts to "chop off" one or even several national heads (through elections or revolutions) are futile. The system possesses a powerful property of regeneration: new heads grow in place of the severed ones, adapted to the weapon used against them. This continues as long as the two main, global heads, dictating the rules of the game, are alive. Therefore, the only path to real change is a complete, simultaneous replacement of all six heads with a fundamentally new, more perfect system.

0.3. The Ukrainian frontier of the global crisis

Ukraine's daily struggle for freedom is not a local conflict, but the clearest manifestation of this global dead end. It proves that attempts to change the system from within, to "re-educate the Dragon," are futile. Any partial reforms or changes of faces in power do not touch the root of the problem — a vicious system of values and global financial architecture that invariably regenerate old orders in a new guise. This struggle is not for a return to the past, which made the current challenges possible, but for a chance to build something entirely new — a model capable of providing an answer to all humanity.

0.4. Fundamental contradiction: Dictatorship of Capital versus Democracy

Modern Western democratic models contain a fundamental contradiction: a conflict between the capitalist economic system and facade democracy. Capitalism, parasitizing on basic human biological needs, has formed a global "worldview of the endless consumer." Its foundation consists of artificially created values: fashion, prestige, and image. To maintain them, two key tools are used: ubiquitous advertising (attention retention) and an unstable, unsecured credit and financial system (tool of achievement). This model provokes unrestrained consumption, social stratification, intellectual degradation, and leads to inevitable crises, wars, and environmental catastrophes. The scourge of modern civilization is a systemic deficit of true leaders in management. Society is broken into territories managed by individuals lacking leadership qualities, while true leaders are demanded only in the private sector of the economy. This is a departure from the natural human nature, which is realized through communities led by leaders capable of taking responsibility.

0.5. Key challenges of civilization

Pathway "Future Society" offers a systemic solution to the key contradictions generated by the "Dragon" and leading humanity to catastrophe:

  • Problem 1: Demographic imbalance and the threat of overpopulation.

    • Cause: Deep stress caused by instability and uncertainty about the future.
    • Solution in the Pathway: Creating conditions to reduce stress levels. World experience proves: when a high level of well-being and confidence in the future is achieved, the birth rate naturally stabilizes. The Pathway provides such conditions through a stable economy (Energy Money), social guarantees (Axiopolis), and the opportunity for self-realization in interest-based clusters.
  • Problem 2: Resource and territorial conflicts.

    • Cause: Artificial state borders, competition for resources.
    1. Solution in the Pathway: Abolition of states as an institution and creation of a global society based on unified, fair rules of life, which will make disputes over local resources and territories meaningless.
  • Problem 3: Economic contradictions (the problem of capitalism).

    • Cause: Capitalism is an effective but dangerous tool, which in its current form leads to monstrous inequality and the usurpation of power by financial capital.
    1. Solution in the Pathway: We do not abolish capitalism, but change the rules of the game. Axiocracy and Energy Money create a system in which capital ceases to be an instrument of influence on governance.
  • Problem 4: Political and worldview confrontation.

    • Cause: The struggle for power by political parties using competing "myths" to divide society.
    • Solution in the Pathway:
      • For politics: Elimination of political parties as an institution of power struggle. Their energy is directed into a constructive channel — economic and social experiments within the framework of the cluster model.
      • For worldviews: Creation of a "New Worldview Myth" (Syntheism) — a flexible, developing system of values capable of harmoniously incorporating all existing views (scientific, religious, spiritual) and giving humanity a new, unifying meaning based on ecocentrism and the value of creative labor.

0.6. New Meaning: Balance of Interests

Future Society offers a new universal meaning for the existence of civilization, based on the conscious maintenance of a balance of three levels of interests:

  • Interests of the individual: Realization of biological purpose (procreation) and personal calling.
  • Interests of the community (cluster): Preservation and development of unique culture, traditions, and knowledge.
  • Interests of humanity: Preservation of the species and its habitat — planet Earth.

Section 1: Manifesto: Our Vision and Principles

1.1. The Great Goal

We believe that a great sacrifice deserves a great goal. Our answer and our goal is complete self-sufficiency. To be masters in our own land, to depend on no one, and to offer the world a victorious civilizational choice: to become not a part of the old world, but a self-sufficient example of a new one.

1.2. Key Principles of "Future Society"

  • Principle 1: Strength in Self-Sufficiency. The basis of our security and prosperity. We must be completely self-sufficient in military, energy, and food spheres. When you provide for yourself, you are invulnerable.
  • Principle 2: Direct People's Governance. We are creating a system of direct self-governance, eliminating the state as an inefficient and parasitic intermediary between the people and the country's resources. Decisions are made not by officials, but by citizens in their communities, which makes systemic corruption impossible due to full transparency and public control.
  • Principle 3: Home is a Fortress. We will build new, modern, and completely self-sufficient cities and settlements. Thanks to breakthrough Ukrainian technologies, we can build three times faster and twice as cheaply, creating new enterprises near home and ensuring energy independence.
  • Principle 4: Economy for People. Our goal is an economy without inflation, where labor is not devalued. Credit will become an accessible tool for development, not debt bondage. Utility tariffs will be low and fair, as energy and resources serve society.
  • Principle 5: Reason and Justice in the World. We are initiating a new system of international security, where world problems are resolved not by politicians behind closed doors, but by the most competent experts based on knowledge and justice.
  • Principle 6: Healthy Planet for Children. We commit to solving accumulated environmental problems and passing on a prosperous, healthy planet to future generations. Axiogenesis will teach how to think, know oneself, and find one's calling, not just memorize.

1.3. Key Characteristics and Values

Based on these principles, we form a society with the following inherent characteristics:

  • Main Goal: Building a working model of society in which the interests (needs, aspirations, inclinations, motives, hobbies, desires) of each member of the FS are taken into account and invariably realized, provided that they are eco-friendly — causing no harm or damage to the habitat (nature) and other members of the FS.
  • Functions and Guarantees of Society:
    • Sustainability: A governance system that does not generate crises — demographic, financial, and economic, inflation and devaluation of money, wars — civil and territorial, corruption in all its diverse forms, hunger, and other forms of man-made scarcity.
    • Self-Sufficiency: A stable economy that fully satisfies all basic needs of citizens, and the ability to defend itself against any aggression without outside help.
    • Efficiency: Complete absence of corruption and bureaucracy as systemic phenomena.
    • Justice: A judicial system focused on fair compensation for damage caused, rather than punishment. Isolation from society is applied only in exceptional, pathological cases.
    • Progress: Leadership in advanced constructive technologies and the Axiogenesis system, which teaches the younger generation only what will be indispensable in life.
    • Well-being: There are no beggars in society.
    • Ecological responsibility: Cleaning the planet from the waste of human activity and preserving the biological species Homo sapiens from degradation.
  • Values and Principles of Interaction:
    • Harmony and Eco-friendliness: The interests and aspirations of each member of society are realized on condition of not harming other people and the habitat.
    • True Elite: The elite are not the richest, but the most responsible. The main capital is not money, but the highest level of competence and impeccable business reputation.
    • Public Domain: It is impossible to appropriate or restrict access to public recreation areas.
    • Direct Governance: Managers can only be people with leadership qualities who, through a system of direct delegation, know and honor the needs of each of their constituents.
    • Pluralism: All worldview and political movements coexist on principles of appropriateness, not imposing themselves on others and not dividing society.
    • System Responsiveness: Every citizen participates equally in the improvement of society. Any request to managers through the Operating System guarantees the fastest and most effective response.
  • Fundamental Principles of Construction and Functioning
    • Principle of business reputation priority: Expressed in a special attitude towards phenomena such as lies, slander, and luxury bordering on vulgarity. Special attention is paid to unfair and intrusive advertising, which is completely excluded from public space. Advertising for goods, services, and candidates for managers is allowed for distribution only to targeted subscribers for relevant information through the Operating System. Street advertising (billboards) is prohibited to avoid spoiling the landscape design; only functional signboards-indicators are allowed. This approach removes informational violence and guarantees freedom of choice, and non-print media replace advertising blocks with useful content for those not subscribed to advertising.
    • Principle of Ecocentrism: Means a balance between egocentrism, sociocentrism, and naturocentrism. To implement this, it is necessary to revise existing anthropocentric myths, exclude natural resources from objects of private property, and use a system for controlling the balance of interests.
    • Principle of continuous development: Means the freedom of everyone to realize their desires through the necessity of labor. This is realized through the model of a cluster society, where each interest corresponds to a platform for its realization.
    • Principle of competence, feedback, and responsibility in management: Only experienced professionals who have assumed responsibility can be admitted to management. Managers must meet the level of competence and psychotype determined by experts, know each of their constituents, and be easily replaceable.

1.4. Path of implementation: Creation, not destruction

All stated goals will be achieved exclusively through evolutionary, peaceful means within the framework of the current legislation and Constitution of Ukraine. Our path is not destruction, but creation. We are not a political party and do not seek power; our goal is to destroy the very possibility of power usurpation and transfer it to the communities.

1.5. Invitation to dialogue

This concept is not a dogma, but an invitation to dialogue for everyone ready to become part of a historical moment. For this purpose, an open platform has been created — the "Future Society" Club, where everyone can find like-minded people and become part of a movement that changes the world.

Section 2: Strategy and Implementation Plan

2.1. Introduction: Systemic approach and long-term vision

This pathway is the result of decades of development and represents a holistic model of a future society, designed for generations to come. Its implementation strategy is based on a systemic approach — replacing the existing inefficient system with a new one, with compatibility verification of all elements. We pave the way from the present to the designed future, creating working mechanisms for transition.

2.2. Philosophy of Action: Creation, not struggle

Our strategy fundamentally differs from traditional methods of social transformation. We do not engage in direct struggle with the old system, do not try to reform it or seize power politically. This path is ineffective, as any existing system is aimed at self-preservation. Our approach is to create a parallel, more effective social structure. We act by analogy with natural processes. Instead of revolution (destruction of the old), we consciously choose the evolutionary path, believing in the wisdom and foresight of all parties. However, history teaches that any attempts to artificially block evolution inevitably lead to uncontrolled revolutionary processes. We offer a path of creation, which is the safest for everyone. We build a new system alongside the old one, which practically proves its viability and solves problems that the old one cannot. With a positive outcome, geographical neighbors will naturally start joining the experiment, and the "mutation" will smoothly spread, replacing the old. In case of failure, a valuable lesson will be recorded in the history of civilization, describing what not to do. Over time, this makes the existing system irrelevant and unnecessary. The strategy does not imply violent imposition of ideas.

2.3. Phased Plan: From Crystallization Point to Evolutionary Expansion

The practical implementation of the pathway requires advance preparation and a clear action plan at the moment of historical opportunity. Preparatory Phase 0 (before gaining territorial control):

  • Core formation: Creation of a Club of supporters, and on its basis — the Order of United Nations (OUN), as an intellectual and organizational center. Its tasks:
    • Formation of a personnel reserve for managing new communities.
    • Adaptation and integration of the best global developments.
    • Guardianship over the first citizens of the Future Society, who, through a system of full immersion (University of Freedom, a new cultural environment), become bearers of a new worldview. The most deserving of the new generation join the ranks of the Order, ensuring the continuity of the mission.
  • Development of the regulatory framework: Writing the Constitution (Axiocode), the Law on Elections, and a system of qualifications (tests) for managers.
  • Creation of infrastructure: Development and preparation for launching the Operating System (OS). Approximately 1 year is allocated for this phase from the moment the Order is formed.

Phase 1: Legalization Mechanism - Creation of a Political Subject through the OSProblem: The construction of Axiopolis within the old legislative framework will inevitably face bureaucratic resistance and attacks from the "old system" (raiding, inspections, blockades). We need a "Legal Shield" — the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of a package of laws on "Special Territories of Advanced Development" (Axiopolises), guaranteeing autonomy, tax holidays, and protection from interference by law enforcement.

Solution: Conversion of Economic Power into Political Power. We are not creating a party to participate in the old election circus. We are creating a Subject of Direct Action based on the Operating System (OS).

  1. Economic mobilization (Alliance with Entrepreneurs): At the OS launch stage, we forge a strategic alliance with small and medium-sized businesses (FOPs), which are currently stifled by marketplace monopolies and fiscal pressure. We offer them the OS as an "Economic Haven":
    • Free entry and no commissions.
    • Protection from monopoly arbitrary actions.
    • Direct access to consumers. In return, FOPs become the first mass users ("OS Citizens"). This allows for the rapid consolidation of 1 to 3 million economically active citizens on the platform.
  2. Formation of a "Digital Union": The OS technically unites these people into a single network with the capability for instant coordination. This is no longer a fragmented crowd, but an organized force capable of collective action (from petitions to economic boycotts).
  3. Political Barter (Legalization): With the verified support of millions of voters (verified in the OS) behind it, the Order enters negotiations with the current government (VR).
    • Our offer: We reduce social tension by launching the self-employment economy and addressing the housing issue (the "Affordable Housing" project).
    • Our demand: Adoption of the law "On the Legal Status of Axiopolis", which grants us the necessary autonomy and investment protection.
    • Leverage: The VR's refusal to cooperate will mean direct confrontation with millions of OS user-voters, guaranteeing the political demise of any opposing faction.

Result: The first Axiopolis begins construction not in a "grey zone," but on a solid legislative foundation, adopted by the current Parliament under pressure from organized civil society. We use the "wolves" of the old system to build a fence that protects us from themselves.

Stage 2: Point of Crystallization — Creation of the first Axiopolis.

The movement begins not with declarations, but with solving the most acute and pressing problem — the construction of new, high-quality, affordable housing for 4.5 million citizens who have lost their homes. The technological core of this project will be our own construction complex "Affordable Housing". Its model will be based on high-speed industrial construction using solid wood and other environmentally friendly, renewable materials. The production of fully finished "turnkey" residential and infrastructure modules will take place in factory conditions, with only rapid "plug and play" assembly on-site. This approach, replacing traditional chaotic construction sites with a high-precision industrial line, drastically reduces costs and construction times, while ensuring the highest quality, energy efficiency, and harmonious integration into the landscape. This flagship project becomes a "point of crystallization" — the creation of the first Axiopolis, initially designed on the principles of the Traect. This city becomes a "clean environment" where new rules are the natural law of life. The project launch relies on:

  • Economic engine: The financing foundation for the flagship project and all subsequent activities comes from breakthrough, unique technologies in our collective ownership. Primarily, these are technologies for profitable waste-to-energy conversion (electricity, heat, fuel), which ensure complete energy self-sufficiency and generate profit for construction.
  • Mobilization platform: A digital ecosystem is used to unite people and coordinate actions:
    • Platform website (sofu.win): A single hub for information, registration, and interaction.
    • Club "Society of the Future": An open community for like-minded individuals, the first step towards integration into the Traect.
    • Partnership program: A system of personal links (ref=XXX) that records each participant's contribution to information dissemination and forms the basis for future fair compensation.
    • Communication channels: Open platforms on social networks (Facebook, Telegram, Discord) are used to discuss and clarify the details of the Traect, ensuring direct communication with the community.

This project is not just a humanitarian mission, but a powerful driver that:

  • Attracts millions of direct participants and supporters.
  • Demonstrates the technological and organizational superiority of our approach (construction three times faster and twice cheaper).
  • Launches our self-sufficient economic model.

At this stage (after gaining control over the territory), the following step-by-step plan for active transformation is launched:

  1. Creation of the first Axiopolis (3 years): The Order selects a prepared territory and initiates the construction of a prototype city, initially designed on the principles of Axiocracy. This city becomes a "clean environment" where new rules and ethical norms are the natural law of life. At this stage, flagship social projects are launched (e.g., housing construction), operating on breakthrough technologies (e.g., waste-to-energy conversion) to attract a critical mass of participants.
  2. Reproduction and continuity (permanently): The Order takes the first citizens of the Society of the Future under its wing. Through a system of full immersion (University of Freedom, a new cultural environment), these citizens and their children become carriers of a new worldview. The most deserving of the new generation naturally join the ranks of the Order, ensuring the continuity and succession of the mission.
  3. Adoption of new legitimacy (1 day): Immediate adoption of a new Constitution and Election Law.
  4. Launch of digital infrastructure (1+ month): Deployment and launch of the ready Operating System.
  5. Total inventory (1 year): Conducting a full census and reassessment of all material and intellectual assets, with data entered into the OS.
  6. Launch of new governance (permanently): Conducting elections (hiring managers) under the new system via the OS. The procedure becomes permanent, as there are no fixed electoral terms.
  7. Monetary reform (1 year): Conversion of national currency into digital format and gradual replacement of its essence with the principles of Energy Money.
  8. Education reform (20-25 years): Launch of a long-term program for the gradual change of the education system (Axiogenesis) and upbringing in accordance with the values of the Society of the Future.
  9. Justice reform (1 year): Changing the judicial and penitentiary systems in accordance with the principles of compensation for damages, rather than punishment.

This action plan is flexible and can be implemented even during transitional historical periods.

Stage 3: Evolutionary Expansion and Peaceful Coexistence.

The success of the first Axiopolis allows for scaling and ensuring long-term sustainability. After a successful start and the accumulation of a critical mass of participants (target — 3 million people, which makes forcible suppression of the Traect impossible), we proceed to form full-fledged structures.

  • Construction of an Axiopolis network: The creation of the first self-sufficient, energy-efficient cities and settlements begins, with new enterprises, job opportunities, and all necessary social infrastructure. These clusters become living proof of the advantages of the new model.
  • Continued formation of an intellectual center: The Order of United Nations (OUN) — the organizational and intellectual hub of the movement. Its tasks:
    • Diagnosis and integration system ("Axioscopy"): A methodology is implemented to determine each participant's strengths, competencies, and potential role in the overall Traect.

Stage 4: Scaling and peaceful coexistence

The first Axiopolises become a "point of attraction" — a vivid example of a more just and meaningful life. As they demonstrate their success, they begin to influence adjacent territories. People and entire communities, seeing a real alternative, voluntarily seek to join the jurisdiction of the Society of the Future. Thus, one successful cluster generates another.

  • Policy towards state power: We propose "peaceful coexistence." We do not enter politics and do not interfere in the affairs of the old system. In return, we demand non-interference in our affairs, relying on the support of millions of citizens.
  • Scaling: The successful experience of model cities is replicated nationwide, attracting more people and resources, and gradually making the new social model dominant.

2.4. Necessary resources for implementation

Before listing specific resources, it is necessary to identify the main, fundamental capital without which the implementation of the Traect is impossible. This capital is trust and public support (social capital). No technology, finances, or brilliant ideas can change the system if they are not accepted and supported by a critical mass of citizens. It is people, united by a common goal, who are the force that transforms the project into reality. All other resources — human, material, intellectual — are merely tools in the hands of this collective subject. For the successful launch and development of the Traect, a synergy of four key types of resources is necessary:

  1. Human Capital:
    • Architects of the Traect: Bearers of the original vision and developers of key systems.
    • Strategists: Specialists capable of adapting and developing the Traect in changing conditions.
    • Responsible executors: A competent and motivated team, ready to take responsibility for conducting the experiment (members of the Order).
    • Intellectual elite: Experts and specialists for developing and debugging systems.
    • Moral elite: Opinion leaders whose business reputation and authority will help legitimize the Traect.
    • Military: A disciplined and motivated force capable of forming the basis of security and order in the initial stages.
    • Experiment participants: A critical mass of citizens ready to consciously accept new rules and live in the created environment (residents of Axiopolis).
    • First citizens: Refugees and people who have lost everything — the most motivated social group for settling the first Axiopolises.
    • Mass support: Potentially supportive population, ready to accept change.
  2. Material and Territorial Resources:
    • Territory: "Empty spaces on the map" — free plots of land suitable for building new cities from scratch.
    • Finances: Startup capital for launching construction and operational activities. Funds needed for launching flagship projects, primarily the construction of the first Axiopolis.
  3. Information and Intellectual Resources:
    • Vision of the future: The Traect itself — a clearly formulated, inspiring concept of the future.
    • Media center: A promoted information platform for popularizing ideas and mobilizing supporters.
    • Information background: Creation of "information noise" to attract attention and counteract the propaganda of the old system.
  4. Technological resource: A set of unique technologies and tools (including the Operating System) that provide the economic and organizational basis of the Traect.

2.5. Driving Forces of Transformation: Social Analysis

Successful implementation of the Traect requires a clear understanding of which social groups are the driving force behind change and which are its brakes.

  • Who will NOT change the system?
    • Billionaires and millionaires: They are products and beneficiaries of the existing system. Changing what brings them super-profits is illogical for them. But their weakness is vulnerability to transnational corporations and global crises that will zero out their fortunes. Our offer is the "Ark." We propose they save their legacy and a significant part of their capital by investing in the creation of a stable and predictable new system. This is their only chance not to become "pigs fattened for slaughter."
    • Traditional politicians: Their power is directly linked to the system's financial flows. They are either part of the financial elite themselves or dependent on it, which excludes the possibility of radical reforms. They fear losing status and assets. Our offer is the "Golden Bridge." We propose a peaceful transition for them, preserving property and positions for a transitional period in exchange for full cooperation. The alternative for them is the inevitable "zero hour," total lustration, and confiscation as a result of a social explosion that will sweep away the old system.
    • Sages (detached from practice): People who have achieved inner harmony are often outside the system and see no point in its fundamental change. Our offer is the "Moral Compass." We create for them a moral and ethical parliament within the Order - the Supervisory Board, where they will become guardians of principles and values, gaining real influence that they lack in the existing system.
  • Who WILL change the system?

The true drivers of change are those who are outside systemic logic or have undergone transformative experiences:

  • Drivers of change — "White Crows," passionate individuals, dissidents, heretics, nonconformists: People whose value system and way of thinking are incompatible with the existing order. They are natural generators of new ideas and models.
  • Key allies — Military, who have lost fear: People who have gone through combat operations lose fear of uncertainty and an unknown future. They have seen the system's ineffectiveness in critical conditions and are the most motivated and disciplined force capable of supporting and implementing radical changes.
  • Students: Their strength lies in a unique combination of qualities. They possess a natural aversion to injustice, not yet corrupted by the system's cynicism. They are future-oriented because they are the ones who will live in it. They are intellectually flexible and are "digital natives," ready to master new models. They have no vested interests in maintaining the old order but have every chance for self-realization in the new one.
  • Map of social groups:
    • Potential supporters: Middle class, entrepreneurs, honest officials. They suffer from the system's imperfections but have adapted to it. They will support change if they see real power, prospects, and competent leadership.

    • Passive majority: Hired workers employed in private commercial and budgetary organizations. Pensioners, working youth. This group is apolitical and unideological, but feels all the shortcomings of the system. Their support can be won with clear narratives and demonstrations of real improvements. They are susceptible to propaganda, and our task is to offer them a constructive alternative.

    • Direct opponents: Corrupt individuals at all levels (officials, law enforcement, politicians). These are beneficiaries of the system's defects. We understand that they will resist changes that threaten their status. Our strategy towards them is not backroom negotiations, but a transparent and public offer with obvious consequences. The new system, based on the full transparency of the OS and the principles of Energy Money, makes their activities impossible in principle. Their usual tools simply cease to function. Therefore, we offer them the "Golden Bridge" — a chance for peaceful transformation and integration into new realities.

Those who reject this constructive path must understand: our project is implemented not by the power of money, but by the power of intellect. Answering the question of how we will overcome inevitable resistance, we pragmatically state: for any situation, there will always be arguments of irresistible force that the Order, acting in the interests of society, will certainly find and apply. We give all parties the opportunity to choose an evolutionary scenario. However, any attempts to forcefully oppose our movement will signify their personal choice in favor of a revolutionary scenario, with all the ensuing consequences for them.

2.6. Platform for Initiative Groups: The Principle of Self-Organization

During the preparatory stage, in parallel with the formation of the Order, an open platform is launched for all initiative groups and opinion leaders wishing to create their own community based on the principles of the Society of the Future. Our offer: We provide infrastructure and resources for the construction of cities, settlements, and farmsteads for any group that:

  1. Develops a charter for their future community, compliant with the basic principles of the Axiocodex.
  2. Gathers supporters and adherents of their idea, ready to become residents of this community.

Implementation mechanism:* Open Tribune: We provide all groups with equal conditions and a platform for self-promotion and presentation of their concepts.

  • Sole Condition: The fundamental and inviolable requirement for the charter of any community is the principle of self-governance.
  • Joint Development of Common Rules: Rules and laws common to all communities will be jointly developed and adopted by those who have passed the testing and become members of the Order. We have no "chiefs," only those who are responsible. Rules are established by those who are ready to follow them, setting a personal example.
  • Incentive to Act: Groups can join the movement at any time, but the sooner a group starts acting, the greater its chances of gathering supporters for its idea and receiving bonuses at the start.
  • Personal Responsibility: For each stated project and promise, the names of those responsible for implementation will be assigned. Each of them will have to provide a public list of resources necessary for success. This will ensure objectivity and fairness in evaluating their activities in case of difficulties or project failure.

Section 3: Cluster Model of Society

3.1. Definitions: Clusters and Organizations

The Society of the Future (SF) is based on the principle of clustering — distributing its members according to unique characteristics, both innate and acquired. The social fabric of SF consists of two fundamentally different types of associations:

  • Cluster — is a community of people united by common interests, hobbies, desires, and motives. Clusters are the basis of self-governance and have the right to create rules within their sphere of competence.
  • Organization — is an association created by one or more people to satisfy their private interests (analogous to modern private companies, public organizations, closed joint-stock companies, transnational corporations). Organizations have a traditional internal hierarchy and do not participate in general law-making.

3.2. Territory: New Country

The territory where the Society of the Future resides is called New Country (Нова Країна, New Country, Neu Kraine). The country is administratively divided into regions (uniting similar cultural communities), which, in turn, consist of monocultural territorial clusters, preventing phenomena such as interethnic conflicts. The form of public administration in the New Country is a constitutional confederation — a union of sovereign territorial and extraterritorial clusters, united by a common set of fundamental rules (Axiocode) and a single supervisory body (the Order).

3.3. Core Principles: From Registration to Vocation

Cluster society is a flexible, global model of self-organization, based not on rigid administrative-territorial division, but on the voluntary association of people by common interests, values, and goals. The model is based on the principle of finding unifying motives, desires, hobbies, and interests. The key mechanism is the organization of communities (clusters), which independently establish internal rules and effectively solve problems due to the high internal motivation of participants. Practice proves that groups consisting of people united by common interests are much more effective in achieving goals than groups whose sole motive is making money. Such a model has become possible precisely now, thanks to progress in the development of compact individual electronic assistants, communication tools, communication networks, and automatic translators. It not only unleashes creative and economic potential but also helps satisfy the deep social nature of man, creating an environment for finding like-minded people and partners. This, in turn, contributes to the creation of stronger families, united not only by daily life but also by common interests, which reduces one of the key causes of divorce.

3.4. Two Circuits of Self-Governance: Cluster Typology

The self-governance system in SF is two-circuit and is implemented through two types of clusters:

  • Territorial Clusters (TC):
    • Principle: Uniting people by their place of residence and common cultural traditions to address issues of infrastructure, improvement, and security.
    • Examples: Hamlet, village, settlement, small town, or a district of a larger city. Previously, such groups were called tribes or communities (gromadas).
  • Extraterritorial Clusters (EC):
    • Principle: Uniting people by common interests (professional, creative, worldview-based) regardless of their place of residence. The unification occurs on the basis of a single digital platform (Operating System).
    • Characteristics: Extraterritorial clusters are multicultural and multilingual by nature. Each member of SF can be part of an unlimited number of ECs.
    • Examples: Professional unions, scientific associations, creative associations, groups of like-minded people on social networks.

3.5. Protection Against Stagnation: The Self-Correction Mechanism

The decision-making process in Axiocracy is based on the Presumption of Proof. Any decision made based on Competent Consensus (Most Probable Solution) is temporary and open to challenge. An innovator with compelling argumentation but lacking high current reputational capital is granted the right and necessary resources to verify their hypothesis. This dialectic of Authority and Innovation ensures the system's constant adaptability and evolution.

3.6. Legal System and Hierarchy of Agreements

As in any constitutional confederation, the legal system of SF is built on a clear division of powers between the system-wide and local levels, which ensures both the unity of fundamental principles and maximum autonomy for communities and clusters.

  • Axiocode (Constitution): Is the supreme law of direct action, but its jurisdiction is strictly limited to system-wide issues: the principles of the Operating System and Energy Money, the structure of multi-level self-governance, the foundations of security and foreign policy, and guarantees of basic civil rights. It is a compact framework document that establishes "rules of the game" but does not interfere with the daily life and law-making of communities, clusters, regions, and industries.
  • Law (Sovereign Act): Is a sovereign regulatory act adopted by a community, cluster, region, or industry on any matters not falling within the exclusive competence of the Axiocode. Communities/Clusters have complete freedom of law-making in the spheres of culture, education, urban planning, local economic rules, traditions, etc. The Order has no right to interfere with the content or abolish the Laws of clusters.
  • Rule: An internal agreement within an Organization.
  • Tradition: An unspoken verbal agreement within a local community.

The judicial system includes courts of general jurisdiction, commercial courts, and reputational courts. The latter also serve as a mechanism for public control over the accuracy of information in the media and countering propaganda. The key principle of justice is compensation for damages, not imprisonment. Isolation from society is applied in exceptional cases.

3.7. Financial Model

The system is built on transparent budgets of territorial and extraterritorial clusters.

  • Community budgets are formed from fees (or deductions) from the incomes of individuals and legal entities in their territory.
  • The fee (or deduction) from an organization's income is distributed 50/50: 50% goes to the budget of the Community where the activity is conducted, and 50% goes to the budget of the relevant extraterritorial cluster, directly financing the development of industries.

3.8. Paths of Development and Career

The system offers three main career trajectories:

  1. Path of a Deputy: Managing territories (from Neighborhood to Council of Regions).
  2. Path of a Curator: Managing activities in extraterritorial clusters (from Team Curator to Prime Minister).
  3. Path of a Master: Professional growth in a chosen field (science, craft, business), which is the foundation for the first two.

Selection for managerial positions is based not on elections, but on hiring according to the principles of Competence, Responsibility, and Business Reputation, which are assessed through the "Axioscopy" procedure.

Section 4: Axiocracy: Principles of Values and Governance

4.1. Labor as the Foundation of Development and Values

The reason for the degradation of modern societies lies in the decreasing need to work. Humanity reached the peak of its development when evolutionary challenges demanded maximum intellectual effort. Now, in conditions of relative safety and division of labor, this need has diminished, initiating a reverse process. The lack of physical labor has led civilization to physical obesity, and the lack of mental activity has begun to lead to "brain obesity." We draw a clear distinction between work (monotonous actions not requiring a creative approach) and labor (creative, meaningful activity aimed at improvement). Anthropologically, it was labor, not work, that was the engine of evolution and the development of human intellect. The Energetic Basis of Labor: An Engineering Understanding of Love To understand the nature of creative Labor, it is necessary to demystify a concept usually attributed to the realm of emotions — Love. In the Axiocracy's coordinate system, it is not an abstract "magic" but a concrete managerial process. We introduce an engineering definition of Love as a systemic resource: Love is the voluntary and sustained concentration of attention on an object, aimed at its improvement. This formula reveals the physical meaning of creation:

  • Voluntariness: Excludes slavery and automatism. It is a proactive choice of the subject (Will).
  • Sustained duration: Excludes short-term impulses. It is the operating mode of the system, not a one-time surge.
  • Concentration of attention: The use of primary energetic resource. Where attention is, there is energy.
  • Improvement: The vector of force application. An anti-entropic process that orders chaos.

Thus, Labor is indeed an act of Love, translated into action. The ability to love is not a "gift from heaven" but a higher cognitive skill: the ability of a being to act not as a consumer but as a Creator, imbuing an object with life through the flow of its attention. In the Society of the Future, the role of true capital is not played by money, material assets, or the ability to create images attractive to the masses. True capital in the Society of the Future is not money, but the inner qualities of a person, manifested through creative Labor. This is a trinity: Intellect (education, knowledge of cause-and-effect relationships), Business Reputation (honesty, integrity, proven by deeds), and Will (ability to concentrate, responsibility, and self-sacrifice for the common good). In contrast to old models that defined spirituality through faith or rituals, Axiocracy asserts that true spirituality (virtue) is not an abstract concept but a measurable social result. It is proven not by words, but exclusively through the practice of virtues. In our system, this practice has two direct, objective indicators: an impeccable Business Reputation (as a history of actions) and demonstrated Responsibility (as a readiness to serve the common good, relying on Intellect). It is creative Labor that naturally unites the three pillars of Axiocracy:

  1. Responsibility: The readiness and ability to bear full personal responsibility for decisions made and their consequences to those who have placed their trust. This is a fundamental quality that naturally divides society into two groups. The majority do not wish or are unable to bear responsibility for the collective and prefer to delegate this right to those they trust. The minority, however, possesses a developed sense of responsibility, a tendency to think about the common good, and an ability to consider everyone's interests. This quality is primary for any manager in the SF. Along with responsibility, tolerance, communication skills, and the ability to negotiate are key for first-level managers.
  2. Competence: Professional suitability for performing specific managerial functions. The level of competence is confirmed through mandatory training, testing, and practical experience. The quality and timing of tasks and work directly depend on professionalism and skill. Before taking on duties, all managerial candidates must complete training and pass aptitude tests.
  3. Business Reputation: The main capital of an individual. It is a meticulously collected and verified portrait of a person, based on their actions, not words. Business reputation is an objective assessment of honesty, integrity, fairness, and reliability. The results of evaluating business interactions in the SF form an objective, system-stored history of a person's or team's business reputation.

This triad triggers a chain reaction of positive societal development:

  • Requirements for competence stimulate the growth of education (Axiogenesis) and science.
  • Requirements for business reputation stimulate the growth of integrity in relationships.
  • Requirements for responsibility stimulate the growth of conscientiousness in people's behavior.

These three criteria — a high level of business reputation, confirmed professional competence, and the ability to take responsibility — are the entry pass to any managerial position in the SF.

4.2. Fundamental Solution: Paradigm Shift in Selection

It is impossible to influence a person's basic values, which are conditioned by biology. Therefore, the solution lies not in changing human nature, but in changing the system of governance and the principles of leader selection. We propose abandoning a system based on image — a manipulative and easily faked construct. Instead, we introduce a system based on business reputation — an objective capital accumulated throughout life, reflecting real actions and the essence of a person. A direct consequence of this is that populism — that is, making knowingly unfulfillable promises or promoting solutions with unclear negative consequences in order to gain or retain power — is equated to fraud in Axiocracy. This is not "political rhetoric" but direct deception of Constituents, which entails an immediate and devastating blow to one's business reputation.

4.3. Implementation Mechanisms

To embody these principles, the governance system must meet the following requirements:

  • Unified Digital Operating System (OS): Ensures transparency and direct access to governance.
  • Direct hiring democracy: Citizens directly choose, hire, and can dismiss at any time a manager through the OS if they fail to perform their duties.
  • Elimination of political parties and terms of office: To eliminate periods of "power vacuum" and election campaigns when the current government works for its re-election rather than for society, the participation of political parties in governance is abolished, and there are no fixed terms of office. A manager works as long as their electorate (Constituents) trusts them.
  • Radical reduction of corruption: Most functions of officials are automated in the OS, minimizing one person's dependence on another's decision, the subjectivity of the "human factor," and opportunities for abuse.
  • Budget transparency: All expenses at all levels of government are absolutely transparent and accessible for control by any citizen in real-time.

4.4. New Worldview and Its Protection

In contrast to the consumer worldview, SF offers a holistic, self-sufficient, and more attractive alternative based on the principles of Ecocentrism and the value of creative Labor. For its formation and protection, a comprehensive approach is needed, replacing key elements of the old system:

  • Replacement of the financial system: Instead of an unstable credit system, Energy Money with real backing – labor – is introduced.
  • Replacement of the dictatorship of capital: The dictatorship of intellect (Axiocracy) replaces the power of money.
  • Replacement of propaganda: Instead of advertising pseudo-values (fashion, image), a new education system (Axiogenesis) and media instill the value of creative labor, self-development, and harmony with nature.
  • Protection of the information field: On the territory of SF and on its official digital platform, any external commercial advertising is prohibited. Instead, the OS provides citizens with an objective overview of competitive offers with full statistics on the reputation of goods, brands, and manufacturers, as well as the ability to request advertisements and announcements on topics of interest as a useful decision-making service.
  • Reorientation of progress: Scientific and technological progress is redirected from creating fashionable gadgets to solving fundamental problems and understanding the world.

Section 5: Operating System (OS): The Digital Foundation of Axiocracy

5.1. Introduction: Digital Foundation of Society

The principles of Axiocracy are implemented through a unified digital platform — the Operating System (OS). It is the technological core that ensures objective measurement (axiometry) of the key qualities of each participant and provides tools for all types of social and economic interaction.

5.2. Concept: Electronic Society instead of Electronic StateOperating System (OS) — this is not merely an analogy for an "electronic state," but a comprehensive digital environment that ensures the functioning of the entire Future Society (FS). Similar to a computer's OS, which provides the user with an intuitive interface for managing complex resources, the FS's OS gives every citizen tools for self-governance, interaction, and the realization of their rights, eliminating the need for a cumbersome and corrupt bureaucratic apparatus. The main goal of the OS is to create the most eco-friendly environment possible, where opportunities for theft, damage, and inefficient use of public and natural resources are minimized.

5.3. Key Functionality of the Operating System

The OS is a free public assistant and product that helps realize the potential of every person.

  • Unified Data Repository: The OS serves as a secure repository for all encyclopedic, official, and personal data, including: biography, medical records, educational and employment history, financial accounts, business reputation and psychoprofile history, as well as personal workspaces (blogs, stores, archives).
  • Interaction Tools:
    • Public Marketplace: Combines a trading platform, auction, job sites, rental and subscription services with an integrated system for participants', goods', and brands' business reputations. A crucial function of the marketplace is to replace commercial advertising. Instead of imposing goods, the OS provides the user with an objective overview of all competitive offers with comprehensive statistics on the reputation of manufacturers, brands, and specific goods based on real ratings from other citizens.
    • Financial Center: Ensures the execution of all financial and fiscal operations with security guarantees.
    • Communication Platform: Provides tools for remote communication, learning, voting, and collaborative work.
  • Taxonomy Standard: The OS contains a single, standardized classifier for all sectors of economy, science, and education, ensuring systematicity and order.
  • Multilingual Support: The built-in automatic translation system for all popular languages of the world is a guarantee for the unhindered global spread of the FS model.

5.4. Mechanisms of Axiometry

The OS is the technological foundation for Axiometry — the objective measurement of key qualities (competence, business reputation, responsibility).

  • Competence: Licensing and Development

To participate in the economic activities of any cluster, a license must be obtained. This process is fully automated within the OS:

  • Testing: The candidate undergoes competency tests, similar to a driving license exam.

  • Training: In case of failure, the OS provides access to multi-level remote and in-person programs for professional development.

  • Licensing: Successful completion of the tests grants a license to operate in that cluster and access the public marketplace for goods and services within the OS.

  • Professional Development: The system allows for regular testing at higher levels, earning new titles and ranks, which forms the basis for career growth.

  • Business Reputation: Dynamic Personal Capital

The OS maintains a continuous and secure history of each participant's business reputation. This is a mechanism of protection against incompetent managers who will not be able to "reset" their history by changing their place of residence.

  • Mutual Reputation: Not only managers but also their constituents (electorate) receive evaluations. This allows managers to objectively assess with whom they are working. Citizens with extremely low business reputations (e.g., due to unreliability or unconstructive behavior) will have to learn to defend their interests independently.

  • Business Reputation is essentially a practical measure of virtue. In the FS, a person's virtuousness (spirituality) is assessed not by words but exclusively by actions, which are objectively reflected in their business reputation.

  • Formation: Business reputation is formed from the average score based on the results of all completed interactions (Customer-Contractor, Buyer-Seller, Deputy-Voter, etc.). Upon completion of each interaction, both parties perform an evaluation on a 10-point scale, with the weight of the vote in the evaluation calculated considering the evaluator's competence – from 1 to 5 points. A list of criteria is used in the evaluation process. A business reputation with an average score of 5 or higher is considered high. This indicates that the person practices virtues at a sufficient level. Even if they simply try to appear better than they are, the discipline itself in practicing virtues is a valuable quality.

  • Psychological Profile: An integral part of a person's identity passport is their psychoprofile, which is formed from childhood. For candidates for senior management positions, this profile must confirm the ability to work with ideas (generate, serve, embody). The psychoprofile is on the list of sensitive personal information, so it is used by its owner for personal purposes; however, for participation in the management system at any level or when applying for a job in an organization, the psychoprofile may be requested for comparison with standard requirements for the staff position.

  • Mechanisms for Protecting and Cleaning Business Reputation

Business reputation is a living mechanism that must be fair and allow for the correction of mistakes.

  • Reputation Courts: Specialized courts hear disputes related to intentional influence on business reputation (slander, fake news). This mechanism is a key tool for controlling media and counteracting propaganda. Any mass media outlet, public figure, or organization disseminating false information that harms the business reputation of citizens, communities, or society as a whole is held accountable by the Reputation Court. Every negative evaluation must be substantiated. In cases of proven guilt, significant fines are imposed, the size of which depends on the level of business reputation and the status of the injured party.

  • Cleaning Tools:

    • Public Repentance: Remorse, willingness to accept punishment, compensation for damages, and a public promise not to repeat mistakes.
    • Automatic Reset: For each type of activity in the OS, a "business reputation window" is established (a period for which interaction ratings are recorded, expressed either as a certain number of interactions or a specific time interval, beyond which data is considered outdated), which allows for correcting mistakes and not bearing an eternal burden for them.
  • Responsibility: Philosophy and Identification

The third pillar of Axiocracy is the desire and ability to bear responsibility for the results of personal and collective activity.

  • Philosophy of Responsibility: In the FS, the concept of Responsibility is inextricably linked with Freedom and Duty.

    • Freedom is not permissiveness but the status of "master of oneself," implying full responsibility for one's decisions and their consequences.
    • A Person of Duty is one who follows their purpose, and it is precisely for this reason that they are truly free and responsible. Thus, these three concepts become synonyms.
  • Identification of Responsibility: The ability to bear responsibility is not measured by a direct test. It is confirmed indirectly, through the other two pillars of Axiocracy:

    • Verification through Competence: A person confident in their abilities, who has passed testing and has an adequate self-assessment, is more likely to be willing to take responsibility out of constructive motives.
    • Verification through Reputation: A high business reputation, earned over years, itself serves as proof of a responsible attitude towards one's obligations.
  • Early Determination: A propensity for leadership and taking responsibility is determined through psychological testing already in school years and recorded in the individual's psychoprofile.

  • Reputation of Goods and Services

The OS solves the problem of fragmented and unreliable information about goods.

  • Unified Encyclopedia: Each good or service in the OS is assigned a page with a detailed description, technical specifications, and all user reviews.
  • Objectivity: All data is centralized and verified, providing the buyer with full and objective access to information for decision-making.

5.5. Practical Application: Examples

  • Civic Participation: Any citizen can report a problem (e.g., a pothole on the road) via the OS with attached geodata and photos. The system will automatically identify the responsible manager, create a task, and allow the applicant to evaluate the quality of its execution, which will directly impact the manager's business reputation.
  • Electoral System: The process of hiring and dismissing managers (delegates) takes place in the OS. Anyone who has passed the competency test can put forward their candidacy. Voters can hire or dismiss their representative at any time with a simple click of a button.

5.6. Technical Standard of Axiometry: Dynamic Validation Protocol (AI-Assisted Assessment)

1. Principle of Dynamic Simulation (Dynamic Sandbox): Instead of static tests (Q&A) that can be memorized or circumvented, the system uses generative AI models to create unique Role-Playing Scenarios. ·         The candidate is placed in a virtual environment (textual or VR) modeling a crisis situation (resource management, ethical choice, conflict). ·         Non-linear Scenario: AI changes conditions in real-time depending on the candidate's actions, increasing stress levels and cognitive load. ·         Goal: To create conditions in which it is impossible to use pre-prepared behavioral patterns ("cheat sheets"). 2. Assessment Metrics (Data Points): The neural network analyzes not only the result of the solution but also the metadata of the process: ·         Cognitive Delay: Reaction time to ethical dilemmas (a liar needs time to construct a legend, an honest person reacts reflexively). ·         Semantic Coherence: Checking for internal contradictions in responses over a long session. ·         Stress Factors: Analysis of behavioral patterns under load. 3. Protection Against Data Bias (Principle of the "Clean Room"): Models used for Axioscopy are trained on an isolated, reference dataset (Axiocode, Constitution, profiles of historical Axiarchs). It is strictly forbidden to use models trained on unfiltered data from the open internet to exclude the import of old-world social prejudices. 4. Algorithm Transparency: The code of prompts and weighting coefficients of assessment are open for Audit by the Order (Open Source policy for the internal circuit). Any candidate has the right to request a technical deciphering of their "Psychometric Profile" and to appeal to the Council if the algorithm has made a logical error.

5.7. Development Prospects

  • Integrated Services: Over time, low-tariff public companies: transport and logistics, and a communications operator, will be created based on the OS.
  • Open Development: The OS provides for continuous improvement based on proposals from users, which are implemented by a team of programmers.

5.8. Fault Tolerance, Security, and Backup Systems

Acknowledging the central role of the Operating System in all spheres of FS life, we design it from the outset not as a monolithic entity, but as a multi-layered and echeloned system possessing unprecedented resilience to all types of threats — from cyberattacks to natural disasters. Our strategy is based on the principle of deep decentralization and duplication. 1. Physical and Energy Resilience: ·         Energy Autonomy: Each Axiopolis is energetically self-sufficient, with its own primary and backup power sources. This completely eliminates the possibility of the OS being shut down due to failures in external power grids. ·         Geographically Distributed Data Centers: OS data is stored not in one, but in several physically protected and geographically distant data centers. The destruction or failure of one of them will not affect the overall operability of the system. 2. Architectural Resilience (Principle of the "Digital Fortress"): The network architecture itself is designed to minimize risks and localize any possible failures: ·         Regional Intranet: Each Axiopolis functions within its own secure intranet with autonomous databases serving the daily needs of its residents. This means that even in the event of a complete break in external communication, all internal operations (financial transactions, management, data access) will continue to function normally. ·         Decentralized Synchronization: Information between regional data centers and the central node is synchronized using a decentralized network principle (analogous to a regional blockchain). This eliminates a single "point of failure." An attack on one node will not compromise the entire system, as data is verified and duplicated across other nodes. 3. Financial Resilience (Analog Redundancy): We understand that complete reliance on digital technologies is unwise. Therefore, the FS retains the possibility of using cash as a backup payment system in emergencies. Cash currency of the states where Axiopolises are created can remain in circulation and be exchanged for digital tokens at specialized points. Although their use will be minimal in stable conditions due to their inflationary nature, they serve as a reliable "analog" safeguard, guaranteeing the possibility of basic economic operations under any circumstances. 4. Protection Against Future Threats: One of the key tasks of the Thinkers and Defenders branches within the Order is the constant monitoring of technological threats, including the development of quantum computing capable of cracking existing encryption methods. The Order is responsible for the preventive development and timely implementation of post-quantum cryptographic algorithms and other advanced protection methods, ensuring the long-term security of the OS.

5.9. Unconditional Privacy Protocol (Privacy Protocol)

  1. Presumption of Secrecy: The system operates on the principle of absolute (cryptographic) data privacy for citizens. By default, every citizen's digital footprint (purchase history, movements, communications) is encrypted with a key accessible only to the citizen themselves. No one has access to this data in "observation" mode until the citizen decides to disclose it.

  2. Business Interaction Mode (Transaction Reveal): Data disclosure is possible exclusively at the moment of initiating a business interaction (transaction, contract, employment) between two Subjects, with the exception of the business reputation history of both parties, which is visible upon expressing intent to enter into a business interaction.

    • Disclosure of other data follows the "Minimal Necessity" (Need-to-Know) principle.
    • Example: When purchasing real estate, the seller only sees confirmation of solvency (a tick), but does not see the buyer's account balance. When hiring for a job, the employer sees the candidate's level of competence and business reputation in the role of an employee, but does not see the history of personal expenses.
  3. Zero-Knowledge Proof: The architecture of the Operating System is built on zero-knowledge proof protocols. The system mathematically confirms that a citizen meets the criteria (e.g., no criminal record, creditworthy) without transmitting the personal data itself to third parties.

Additional technical data about the OS can be obtained in a separate document via the link: About the Operating System

Section 6: Platform Economy: From Intermediation to Direct Interaction

6.1. Concept: Economy without a State-Mediator

The platform economy (or "Uberization") is an economic model based on directly connecting a producer/seller with a consumer/buyer through a unified digital Operating System (OS). This model eliminates the need for the state as a cumbersome, inefficient, and corrupt intermediary that extracts an unjustifiably large share of profits and forces businesses into the "shadow." In the FS, communities (clusters) independently decide what share of profits to direct towards social needs and development, making evasion of fees and deductions meaningless and impossible.

6.2. Key Components of the Platform Economy

The economic model of the FS relies on several interconnected elements, integrated into the OS:* Digital Platform (OS): Provides a full suite of tools for conducting any economic activity, including accounting and inventory management, payment systems, marketplaces, auctions, and the labor market.

  • Exterritorial Clusters (New Unions): Are the main subjects of economic activity. They combine all forms of ownership (individual, collective, corporate, public) and independently establish industry rules and standards. Clusters harmoniously combine all these forms and independently establish industry rules and standards.
  • Own Financial System: An innovative model ensuring transaction stability and transparency.
  • Integrated Logistics and Communications: Public low-tariff transport company and communications operator, created on the basis of the OS, ensure the uninterrupted functioning of the entire economic system.
  • Cabinet of Ministers (Planning Body): Ministers, elected by industry representatives, form a body responsible for operational and strategic forecasting and planning, providing the population with essential goods, balancing tax policy, and controlling the emergence of monopolies. To ensure a complete understanding of industry specifics, the management of industries (ministers) should be handled not by "effective managers" appointed from above, but by specialists who are maximally competent and authoritative in the industry, elected by the respective exterritorial clusters (unions).

6.3. Priority Industries and Production Philosophy

To ensure technological leadership and economic self-sufficiency, the Society of the Future (SF) focuses on developing promising, export-oriented industries:

  • Key Directions: Genetic engineering (given the upcoming revolution in human genome deciphering), programming, production of modern weaponry, export of security services (military, special services), nuclear and renewable energy (including profitable waste processing), food production, electric transport and energy storage systems, as well as industrial modular construction based on environmentally friendly materials (project "Affordable Housing"), aimed at both internal reconstruction and technology export.
  • Philosophy of Durability: To reduce the influence of the cult of consumption, the approach to production itself is changing. Technology whose technological evolution is largely complete (household appliances, transport) should be produced with maximum strength and durability. Diversity is ensured through interchangeable and individual design, rather than planned obsolescence.
  • Balance with Technologies: Robotization and artificial intelligence are introduced in such a way as not to replace, but to complement the natural functions of humans. It should be remembered that a decrease in physical and mental labor employment leads to species degradation. Artificial intelligence should not replace natural intelligence, as it will always carry the subjectivity of its creators. The SF consciously directs released human resources into creative fields: natural sciences, humanities, art, and design.

6.4. Stimulating Creative Work and Public Benefit

As an integral part of the SF's worldview, a mechanism is introduced to reward those whose creative work has brought undeniable benefit to society.

  • Reward Mechanism: People involved in shaping and improving the quality of life receive the right to remuneration from a special public fund ("Republican Share").
  • Who is Rewarded: In the early stage of SF formation, these are activists who disseminate ideas and attract participants to the community. In a mature society, these are inventors, scientists, artists, and all whose creative ideas and work lead to an improvement in life.
  • Form of Reward: Remuneration can take various forms, up to a lifelong allowance sufficient to fully satisfy basic needs, allowing a person to dedicate themselves entirely to creative work for the benefit of society.

6.5. Forms of Economic Activity and the Principle of Hiring Performers

In the Society of the Future, there are 6 competing forms of economic activity, ensuring flexibility and freedom of choice for citizens:

  1. Cluster-based: Public form of ownership of means of production within a cluster.
  2. Collective: Public form, created as a subset within a cluster.
  3. Individual (Sole Proprietor): Private form of ownership.
  4. Corporate: Private form of ownership.
  5. Private Cooperative: Private form of ownership.
  6. Mixed (private-cluster cooperation).

Managers in the territorial and exterritorial spheres hire performers from among economic entities to solve pressing tasks. The selection is made on a competitive basis through the Operating System, taking into account their level of business reputation, area of competence, and cost of services.

6.6. Art and Humanities: A Territory of Freedom and Meaning

Redirecting human potential into the realms of art and humanities is not merely a utilitarian solution to the problem of employment in the age of automation. It is a conscious strategy to create a "counterbalance" — a living, irrational, and constantly changing force that prevents the highly organized and logical SF system from becoming rigid and turning into dogma.

  1. Art as a Critical Mirror: In the Society of the Future, the main social function of art is not to serve or glorify the existing order, but to critically analyze it. Art is a protected territory where any, even the most basic principles of the Traject, including the activities of the Order and the dominants of Syntheism, are questioned. Artists, writers, directors are not "engineers of human souls," but their independent researchers, whose task is to uncover contradictions, explore the "shadow" sides of society and humanity, and ask uncomfortable questions. It is this function of self-reflection and criticism that guarantees dynamic development and protection against totalitarianism.
  2. Humanities as Guardians of Memory and Empathy: History, philosophy, anthropology, and other humanities disciplines are cultivated as a crucial tool for developing empathy and historical consciousness. They allow SF citizens to understand the motives and experiences of other people, cultures, and eras, protecting society from technocratic arrogance and the "inventor's syndrome." Historical memory, guarded from ideological opportunism, serves as a moral compass and a source of wisdom.
  3. Diversity of Paths to the Transcendent: Syntheism offers society a universal, scientifically grounded worldview myth. However, the SF recognizes that the path to understanding meaning and transcendent experience is profoundly individual. Art (music, painting, poetry) is a legitimate and encouraged channel for such a search. It gives humans a language to express what lies beyond logic and reason, providing cultural and spiritual richness that no ideology, however perfect, can provide.
  4. Architecture and Landscape Design: Art as an Environment: Art in the SF is not confined to galleries and concert halls; it extends into the streets and becomes the very living environment. Axiopolises are initially designed not merely as functional settlements, but as holistic works of art, where architecture, landscape design, and public spaces form a unified harmonious ensemble. Our goal is to transform daily life into a continuous aesthetic experience. A simple walk through the streets of Axiopolis should provide a range of pleasure comparable to visiting the world's greatest museums. Instead of the visual noise of billboards and the chaotic development of the old world, there are meticulously planned vistas, small architectural forms, parks, and water features. This is not just ornamentation, but a practical implementation of the principle of Ecocentrism, creating a healthy, inspiring, and creative atmosphere. Thus, art ceases to be an elite leisure activity and becomes an inalienable right and daily reality for every citizen.
  5. Support and Funding Mechanisms: Freedom of art is guaranteed by the diversification of its support:
    • Exterritorial clusters of creative professions (writers' unions, artists' guilds, etc.) are fully self-governing and define their own internal criteria for mastery.
    • The "Republican Share" Fund (see 6.4) is a source of remuneration for creators whose works are recognized by the community as an outstanding contribution to culture.
    • Independent Fund for Free Arts: To support non-commercial, experimental, and potentially "uncomfortable" art, a special fund is created, managed by representatives of the Creators branch from the Order. Its key principle is to finance projects based on their artistic value and originality, without any ideological control.

Thus, the SF does not merely assign art a place for leisure, but consciously cultivates it as a crucial institution of freedom, guaranteeing the intellectual and spiritual health of society.

Section 7: Multi-Level Self-Governance

7.1. Concept: Governance Instead of Power

The fundamental principle of the SF's governance system is that Power of Coercion is abolished, but Conceptual Power (Power of Meanings and Strategy) is affirmed. The system is divided into two independent circuits: Hired Management (economic function and resources) and Conceptual Power (strategic function, ethics, and oversight) — responsible work for organizing society's life. The concept of "politician" in the traditional sense is abolished in internal governance. A politician's place is in the external arena, where they represent the interests of the country and society. The SF's governance system is built on principles of fractal similarity: the structure and selection mechanisms at all levels, from Neighborhoods to the Supreme Council of Regions, replicate a single model. This benchmark model (matrix) is the structure and principles of the Order. A manager in the SF is not a boss, but a hired specialist who helps organize and streamline the daily lives of citizens in territorial clusters and activities in exterritorial ones. They bear full responsibility for decisions made and their consequences in exchange for their labor, but can also do so out of passion. The system is designed to satisfy the interests of both the majority, who prefer to delegate responsibility, and the active minority, who are willing and able to take on this responsibility. The right to make decisions is earned through competence and trust, not by competing for a position. Selection based on the principle of merit (Axiometry) begins directly within the first council of representatives. Control to prevent coordination from turning into dictatorship is carried out by the Institute of Deconstruction. The Deconstructor's annual work cycle precludes superficial judgments. The Deconstructor is the "slow conscience" of the Council, having enough time to uncover any attempts at lobbying or self-benefiting hidden behind the guise of professional terminology.

7.2. Two Circuits of Self-Governance

Governance in the SF relies on its cluster structure and is carried out through multi-level self-governance bodies.

  • Territorial Clusters (TCs) consist of primary Neighborhoods, grouped into regions.
  • Exterritorial Clusters (ECs) consist of Collectives, grouped into industries.

The cluster structure is dynamic and forms spontaneously, including sub-clusters and extra-clusters for solving specific tasks. Every citizen can participate in governance through two independent branches, forming a hierarchy from bottom to top:

  • Territorial Self-Governance (by place of residence): Responsible for general infrastructure, landscaping, and security:
    • Level 1: Citizens (Trustees) elect their Deputies (Neighborhood representatives).
    • Level 2: Deputies from Neighborhoods form the Community Council of Deputies.
    • Level 3: Communities delegate their representatives to regions, and regions to the supreme body — the Supreme Council of Regions.
    • Head: The Supreme Council of Regions elects a Secretary, who forms the agenda based on requests from communities.
  • Exterritorial Self-Governance (by interests/activity): Responsible for industry development and professional standards:
    • Level 1: Members of professional communities (Collectives) elect their Curators.
    • Level 2: Curators form Councils of Masters.
    • Level 3: Councils of Masters delegate representatives to Industry Councils.
    • Level 4: Industry Councils elect an Industry Minister to represent its interests in the Cabinet of Ministers.
    • Head: Ministers jointly elect a Prime Minister. Their task is annual planning of essential goods production and managing the balance of foreign trade. The ministers' task is to ensure the implementation of the plan in their respective industry and protect its interests.

However, the size of the primary territorial community is limited: to ensure direct feedback, a manager must know the problems and needs of each of their charges. Therefore, the maximum size of such a group should not exceed the threshold beyond which personal contact is lost. Experimental data has shown that to maintain direct contact between the manager and residents, the number of the latter should not exceed 6000 people. If this threshold is exceeded, the community is recommended to divide to maintain management effectiveness.

7.3. SF Manager: Role and Hiring Procedure

Manager — is an individual who, possessing confirmed competence and a trustworthy business reputation, takes responsibility for organizing daily life or activities in a group of citizens (Neighborhood or Collective) that has entrusted them with this right, with direct payment for their work. In the SF, there are no elections in their traditional sense; instead, there is the hiring of a manager for a responsible job. The hiring procedure is extremely simple and open:

  1. Expression of Desire: A candidate declares their desire to become a representative (Delegate).
  2. Axioscopy: Undergoes testing for competence and personal qualities (including age, intellectual, and leadership qualifications).
  3. Training (if necessary): In case of failure, the system directs the candidate to training. After successful training, they return to testing.
  4. Qualification Acquisition: Successful completion of tests grants the title of Deputy/Curator and a license to offer their management services as a type of activity.
  5. Hiring: The Deputy/Curator conducts individual work among potential Trustees — citizens who delegate them the right to represent their interests through the OS. A group of Trustees who have chosen one manager forms a primary cell (Neighborhood or Collective).

Functional Responsibilities of a Manager:

  • Represent the interests of their constituents in governing bodies.
  • Seek optimal solutions for assigned tasks.
  • Determine the order of implementation of decisions.
  • Select performers to solve tasks.
  • Engage in lawmaking — forming cluster rules and enshrining traditions.

Principle of Dynamic Civic Responsibility Citizenship in the SF is a skill trained from childhood.

  • Start at 9 years old: A young resident receives the status of "Citizen Apprentice" and the right to delegate their vote with an initial weight of 0.1.
  • Growth of Responsibility: Annually, the vote weight automatically increases by 0.1, reaching 1.0 by the age of 18.
  • This habituates youth to responsibility for their choices in a safe environment, and compels managers to consider the interests of the future generation.

7.4. Principles of Primary Cell Formation

To ensure management effectiveness and direct communication, the size of a primary cell (a group of trustees for one manager) is limited by Dunbar's number. A person is capable of maintaining an average of 150 (maximum 300) stable social contacts. This number is a natural limit for bearing personal responsibility. An example of such a cell could be a homeowner association (OSMDB) or a private sector block.

7.5. Management Hierarchy and Career Progression

A Deputy/Curator who does not have successful experience managing a cell (minimum 6 people) for at least 1 year cannot be elected Head of the Council of Deputies. A distinctive feature of electing managers in ECs is the additional consideration of work experience, professional category, patents, brands, etc. The Head of the Council of Deputies represents the council's interests at the next level: regional (for TCs) or industry (for ECs). At the highest level of governance, the Supreme Council of Regions and the Council of Industries are formed.

7.6. Control and Feedback Mechanisms

The SF's governance system has built-in mechanisms ensuring its flexibility and total control by society.* Vote Weight: The vote weight of a governance figure in the corresponding Council is directly proportional to the number of their Constituents (up to an established quota).

  • Instant Recall: Any governance figure can be dismissed by their constituents at any moment through a simple recall of votes in the Operating System. In the SoF, there are no "terms of office" or "election cycles." The hiring and recall of a governance figure happen equally quickly. If a constituent is dissatisfied with their representative's work, they can withdraw their vote in the Operating System at any time ("uncheck the box on their smartphone") and delegate it to another. Since the constituents of a single governance figure are closely linked within a cluster, the withdrawal of votes will most likely be massive and synchronous.
  • Re-attestation: Despite the absence of fixed terms, all governance figures are required to undergo re-attestation (passing tests) at least once every 5 years and no more than once a year to confirm their qualifications.
  • Referendums: To make informed decisions, a governance figure can conduct consultative referendums among their electorate. All decisions at any level of governance are also made by voting (referendums) among the members of the respective council.
  • "Sword of Damocles" of Reputation: The recall of a governance figure does not go unnoticed. A corresponding "black mark" is immediately entered into their business reputation history with a detailed explanation of the reasons and attached evidence. This serves as a warning for other potential constituents.
  • Motivation System ("Carrot and Stick"): Four main levers are used to motivate governance figures to perform quality work:
    1. Direct Remuneration: Constituents directly pay for their representative's work. Therefore, the governance figure depends on their charges no less than the charges depend on their diligence.
    2. Influence and Self-realization: The opportunity to make decisions and see the results of their labor.
    3. Career Growth: The chance to gain fame, earn an impeccable business reputation, and ascend the hierarchical ladder.
    4. Reputational "Stick": The constant risk of damaging one's business reputation with a single misstep (unfulfilled promise, incompetence, abuse), which effectively closes the path to further governance.
  • Transparency of Actions: The activities of a governance figure, especially the disposal of public goods, are fully transparent and accountable to their electorate through the OS.
  • Flexibility of Rules: The procedure for changing rules and laws is simple and adaptive. Top-tier governance figures are individuals who have ascended all steps of the hierarchy and enjoy maximum trust. They have a vested interest in the system's efficiency and are capable of implementing necessary reforms without risking its stability.

7.7. Decision-Making Mechanism: New Type of Referendums

All decisions in society are made through referendums, but their type and the circle of participants depend on the level and competence of the issue being resolved.

  • Principle of Competence: In the SoF, there cannot be a general referendum on issues requiring highly specialized knowledge (e.g., constitutional amendments). Decisions are made by those who possess the necessary competence.
  • Referendum in the Primary Community (Neighborhood or Collective):
    • Initiative: Initiated by a representative (Deputy or Curator) if they are uncertain about a decision or aware of disagreements within their community.
    • Function: Serves as a legitimate council for the representative ("asking the audience"). It helps define the position that the governance figure will advocate in a higher-level Council.
    • Responsibility: The representative, as a leader, has the right to make a decision that contradicts the referendum results, but in such a case, they risk their business reputation and position. They can also directly shift responsibility for the decision to the community, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each option, and committing to fulfill its will.
  • Referendum in Councils of Representatives:
    • Starting from the second level of the hierarchy (Councils), all governance issues are resolved exclusively through referendums within these Councils.
    • Procedure: Issues are put forward by community representatives. Discussion may precede the decision, if appropriate or initiated, where each deputy argues a position reflecting the interests of their constituents.
    • Scope of Issues: Rule adjustments, collective problem-solving, budget allocation, prioritization of tasks, etc.

The decision-making system in the SoF is specifically designed to resolve the fundamental paradox of governance: how to combine the need for competent, long-term leadership ("dictatorship of intellect") with the principle of absolute popular control ("instant recall"). This balance is achieved through an improved referendum procedure and a clear definition of the governance figure's roles and responsibilities. The Role of a Governance Figure: A Leader, Not a Weather Vane When a governance figure (Deputy or Curator) faces a complex, ambiguous, or potentially unpopular decision at the Council level, their task is not just to guess the majority opinion. They are obliged to act as an expert-educator for their community. Through the OS, they initiate a consultative referendum, but they precede it by providing comprehensive information: data from higher councils, an analysis of potential consequences, and, crucially, their personal reasoned recommendation. Three Paths of Responsibility: After conducting a referendum and receiving the community's opinion, the governance figure has three transparent and legitimate paths, each of which affects their business reputation differently: 1. Direct Delegation (Mandate Execution): The governance figure votes in the Council in exact accordance with the will of the majority expressed in the referendum. In this case, they act as a direct representative. Their personal responsibility is minimal, and their business reputation is protected, as the decision was made collectively. This is the primary and safest path for resolving most issues. 2. Responsible Leadership (Risk-Taking): If the governance figure, possessing more complete information, is convinced that the majority decision will harm the community in the long run, they have the right to vote against the referendum results. This is an exceptional step that the OS immediately records as an "action under personal responsibility." The governance figure is obliged to immediately publish a detailed manifesto justifying their decision. The subsequent course of events determines their fate:

  • If time proves them right (e.g., the decision prevented a crisis), their business reputation as a far-sighted and courageous leader increases manifold.
  • If their decision leads to negative consequences, this becomes irrefutable grounds for their instant recall, and their business reputation suffers significant damage. 3. Mediator Position: If the community is roughly split on a contentious issue, the governance figure has the right to abstain from voting in the Council, officially documenting their community's position in the OS as "lack of consensus." This preserves their business reputation as an honest mediator but does not add points as a decisive leader. This system transforms the "instant recall" mechanism from a populist whip into a surgical instrument. It is used not to punish for unpopular but necessary decisions, but to remove leaders who are either unable to convince their constituents of their righteousness or who take unjustified risks and make mistakes. Thus, the system encourages not pandering to the electorate, but true leadership – based on intellect, courage, and the ability to take responsibility for one's words and actions.

7.8. System of Checks and Balances

To prevent abuse and ensure compliance with the supreme principles of the Axiocode (SoF Constitution), an independent oversight system operates under the Order of United Nations (OUN). OUN representatives (Constitutional Lawyers, Antitrust Experts) are present in Councils at all levels and can initiate a procedure to verify any decision's compliance with the Axiocode.

7.9. Governance in Organizations

The governance system in private Organizations remains authoritarian and is determined by their creators. For this reason, so that the interests and decisions of authoritarian leaders do not become a burden on society, Organizations are deprived of legislative power outside their internal rules.

Section 8: Energy Money (EM): A New Type of Financial System

8.1. Concept: Money as an Equivalent of Labor

Modern money has lost its original meaning. It has become an equivalent of anything – cunning, crimes, usurious greed, resources stolen from future generations. Only a small part of it reflects what it should be for the healthy development of society – an equivalent of expended effort (labor). The fundamental goal of the Energy Money (EM) system is to return this single socially beneficial meaning to money. We deliberately choose labor (energy expended by a person in the process of creation) as the basis. This is a universal and immutable value that can be measured (e.g., in calories) and that does not depend on the era and is not subject to inflation. Currency in the SoF is reliably backed by already performed labor and produced goods, not by promises or speculation.

8.2. Basic Principles of the EM System

  • Labor Backing: 1 "tau" is equivalent to 1 hour of the lowest skilled labor. The cost of more complex labor is determined through an objective, multi-factor Methodology for establishing basic tariff rates, which takes into account energy expenditure, complexity, rarity of the profession, and current societal needs.
  • Absence of Inflation: The money supply is rigidly tied to the total residual value of all property in society. Weekly automatic depreciation of assets proportionally reduces the money supply, making inflation systematically impossible.
  • Digital Format: Money exists predominantly in digital form within a single Operating System. This reduces costs, eliminates physical theft, and makes all transactions transparent.
  • Stimulation of Circulation (combating "toxic" capital): Money must work, not lie idle. For funds that remain motionless beyond a reasonably necessary amount, the concept of "toxicity" is introduced, and a special tax is applied. This stimulates the transfer of capital into the real economy through public Mutual Aid Funds – investment funds for development, insurance, and social payments.
  • Absence of Bank Interest: Lending is an interest-free tool for redistributing resources for creative purposes. All operations are conducted through a single financial center in the OS, which eliminates the banking system as an institution for generating profit from thin air. For investments, insurance, and social payments, a public Mutual Aid Fund is created – a single public fund where "toxic" funds are also directed.
  • Separation of "Value" and "Price": The system clearly distinguishes between the objective, calculated labor value of a product and its market, contractual price. This makes the economy fully transparent.

8.3. New Paradigm of Ownership

  • Natural Resources – Heritage of Nature: The right to private ownership of any natural resources (land, water, minerals) is abolished. Their initial value is zero, for they are given to humanity by Nature. Only the right of responsible use applies to them.
  • Ownership of Invested Labor: Ownership rights arise only for a product created by a human and extend only to the energy costs (labor) invested in its creation. Thus, the product of intellectual labor is entirely owned. Instead of a "Price" label, the product will have an "Energy Expended" label, which gradually changes society's worldview.

8.4. Mechanism of Emission and Circulation

  • Emission by Producer: Money is issued at the moment a produced material or intellectual good is sold. Not the bank, but the producer emits money through their labor.
  • Withdrawal through Depreciation: Money is automatically withdrawn from circulation as goods materially and morally wear out (depreciate), their value being reassessed weekly in the OS.
  • Interest-free Auto-lending: Each subject has an Operational Account (for current expenses) and a Savings Cloud (a virtual account equal to the value of their assets). A subject can instantly and interest-free lend to themselves by transferring funds from their Cloud to their Operational Account, secured by their own property. The OS performs intelligent creditworthiness analysis to minimize risks.
  • Special Assets: For items whose value does not decrease (art, antiques, jewelry), separate mechanisms are provided, including the possibility of temporary exclusion from the money supply (for inheritance) or taxation with a luxury levy if they remain a commodity.

8.5. Public Contributions and Levies

Instead of compulsory and opaque "taxes," a system of targeted, understandable, and automatically collected payments is introduced:

  • Public Contribution: Basic payment from added value.
  • Targeted Levies: Levy on passive capital, luxury levy, infrastructure levy, resource levy.
  • Targeted Contributions: Educational, cluster, insurance.

8.6. Practical Implementation

The transition to a system of responsible use of natural resources requires a clear plan.

  1. Inventory and Emission: A complete re-inventory of all accumulated property in the country is conducted with the initial emission of the corresponding amount of money.
  2. Inventory and Cadastre: A complete census and revision of the cadastre of all land plots, water resources, and deposits are carried out. All natural resources are declared the protected heritage of the Society of the Future and entered into a single registry with classification by types of possible use.
  3. Responsible Use Agreements: Instead of ownership rights, agreements are concluded with end-users specifying terms and clear obligations (including maintaining order and cleanliness). In case of rule violation, the agreement becomes void.
  4. Succession Rules: Usage rights are not transferred or sold. However, direct heirs, in case of the current user's death, have a preferential right to conclude a new agreement with the same intended purpose.
  5. Public Control: Control over the targeted use of resources is exercised by governance figures elected by the population, who bear personal responsibility for violations in this area.

"Principle of Voluntary Entry": A key condition for transitioning to the new financial system is its smooth and voluntary nature. The transition to Energy Money (EM) occurs without coercion or compulsion.

  1. Voluntary Declaration: Declaring personal or corporate property in the Operating System to calculate its value in EM is a personal choice of each citizen or organization.
  2. Incentive, Not Compulsion: The calculated GMIE (Gross Minimum Energy Income) and, crucially, the possibility of receiving interest-free loans of both types directly depend on the volume of declared and entered values into the system (which become part of EM backing). The system does not punish for refusal but generously rewards participation.
  3. Mandatory at Maturity Stage: Upon reaching a critical mass of EM participants (e.g., 75% of the population), transition to EM jurisdiction becomes mandatory for doing business within the SoF territory. This step is pragmatic: if business continues to be conducted in the paradigm of old money, taxes will have to be paid to old states. This would mean that while building something new, we would continue to feed the old system, weakening ourselves.

8.7. Economic Effects

The EM system fosters a new economic culture:

  • Incentive for Quality: Citizens and manufacturers benefit from creating and purchasing highly durable goods, as they retain their residual value and credit potential for longer.
  • Reduced Consumerism: Rapid saturation of basic needs with quality goods reduces the incentive for thoughtless consumption.
  • Development of the Creative Economy: In a world of durable goods, demand for customization, repair, and renewal grows, creating new markets.

8.8. Principles of Pricing and Market Mechanisms in the EM System

The Energy Money system, by linking emission to labor, does not abolish market pricing mechanisms but makes them fairer and more transparent. Pricing occurs as in any healthy economy; however, the key difference lies in the points of money emission and withdrawal. Value Formation: The retail price of a product or service is formed based on the sum of all costs for its creation, including:

  • Direct Labor Costs: The cost of labor invested at all stages of production (raw material extraction, processing, assembly, intellectual contribution).
  • Service Costs: Costs for logistics, marketing, distribution, and other related services.
  • Producer and Seller Profit: A markup that the producer and seller include in the price for development, investment, and remuneration.

The fundamental difference from other developments of the labor theory of money is that only the creation of a new socially useful product (SUP) leads to the emission of money. The cost of services and the profit embedded in a product do not create new money but merely redistribute existing money within society.* Valuation of Complex Labor: The question of valuing intellectual, creative, or highly skilled labor is resolved by market forces through the competence coefficient (Ѧ) and the quality coefficient (Ѡ). An hour of work by a neurosurgeon or a brilliant programmer inherently costs more than an hour of unskilled labor. These coefficients are determined and confirmed through a licensing system in the OS and, more importantly, by market demand. If there is a willingness to pay a high price for a service, it means society values this labor as more valuable. Thus, healthy competition and an incentive to improve qualifications are maintained.

  1. Price Stability: Special attention is paid to pricing for Goods of Constant Consumption (GCC), as their cost affects the calculation of citizens' minimum income. The system is designed so that market mechanisms regulate prices independently. In the event of collusion among producers and unjustified price increases, a decrease in demand from the population will quickly return prices to an equilibrium state, as the first producer to revert to a fair price will gain a competitive advantage. Intervention by the Council of Ministers to regulate prices is an extreme measure and is only possible in the event of a systemic crisis, which is unlikely in this model.

8.9. Additional Materials and Detailed Description

The full, comprehensive concept of Energy Money can be found in a separate document via the link: About Energy Money

Section 9: Implementation, Coordination, Oversight, and Development: The Order of United Nations

9.1. Mission and Philosophy: Independent Guarantor of the System

The implementation, protection, coordination, oversight, and strategic development of the Society of the Future is carried out through a single center — the Order of United Nations (OUN). This is an open-entry organization that becomes a new international alternative and successor to the current UN. Its mission is the practical realization of the Society of the Future concept.

  • Philosophical Foundation: Ecocentrism — the principle of harmonious and balanced relationships between humanity and nature, and within society. The Order recognizes Nature as an equal subject (Geologos), possessing the right of veto on ecological matters, which is mandatory. Ecocentrism is the principle of reasonable balance. Ecocentrism assumes a social balance between the extremes of individualism (libertarianism) and collectivism (socialism), and a natural balance between the extremes of deification of nature (naturocentrism) and a consumerist attitude towards it ("man – the crown of creation").
  • Why an Order, not a party? History knows examples of effective ideological structures capable of leading society towards a goal for decades. However, their key drawback is a selection principle based on loyalty, not on actual qualities. Unlike parties that divide society in the struggle for power, the Order unites the best representatives of humanity around a constructive goal. Its foundation lies in a fundamentally different, objective selection mechanism — a meticulously verified algorithm for testing intellectual, competence-based, and, most importantly, moral qualities. Moral qualities, unlike others, cannot be measured by a test; they are confirmed only by a history of real actions, recorded in one's business reputation. The Order is a modern analogue of wise councils (priests, magi) that historically were an integral part of harmonious societies, ensuring the continuity of values and protecting against degradation.

9.2. Structure and Path within the Order

The selection systems for the Order and for the SF governance system are based on common principles (competence, business reputation, responsibility), but they differ radically in depth and complexity.

  • Entry Point: The "Society of the Future" Club — a broad community for support and idea generation.
  • Core: Selection for the Order is a comprehensive Axioscopy procedure, utilizing an extended set of parameters and tests, grouped into blocks: leadership, thinking, competence, creativity, and worldview. Based on these, a total ability score is calculated, determining not only the stage of initiation but also belonging to one of the Order's branches. If the core of the Order comprises individuals with maximally expressed leadership qualities, its branches are also formed by other talents, such as outstanding intellect (Thinkers) or creativity (Creators). Axioscopy is the benchmark procedure that is applied in appropriate form at all levels of manager hiring in the SF. Thus, the principle of axiocracy is maintained at all levels of governance, guaranteeing that the higher the level, the stricter the selection and the more worthy, competent, and responsible individuals govern at that level.
  • Principle of Entry: Membership in the OUN is neither elected nor appointed. Any citizen can become a member of the Order by scoring the required number of points through comprehensive testing across several categories (intellect, competence, psychological resilience, etc.). For entry into the higher stages of the Order, an in-depth personality analysis is conducted, including an assessment of worldview and a psychoportrait compiled from a young age. This ensures an absolutely axiocratic and open nature of the organization, precluding nepotism or party loyalty.
  • Hierarchy of the Order (Stages of Initiation):
    • Stages of Initiation (4 levels):
      1. Stage 1: "Neophyte" — basic stage for active members.
      2. Stage 2: Primary branching into paths of Thinker, Leader, Creator, Defender, and Healer.
      3. Stage 3: Deepening specialization ("Priors", "Gnosiarchs", "Commanders", etc.).
      4. Stage 4: Highest echelon ("Axiarchs", "Archons", "Sages", "Paladins").
    • Subdivisions (6 branches):
      1. Thinkers. "Philosophers" (scientists, analysts, experts, theoreticians).
      2. Leaders. "Practitioners" (manager-leaders).
      3. Creators. "Innovators" (inventors, entrepreneurs, artists).
      4. Defenders. "Knights" (servants of law and order).
      5. Healers. "Aesculapians" (social workers, psychologists, priests, medical diagnosticians, healers, doctors).
      6. Critics. "Deconstructors" (critical thinking, identifying contradictions, society's "immune system").
  • Advancement through the stages is based on Axioscopy results and the principle of dynamic competence (mandatory periodic re-attestation).

9.3. Tasks and Functions of the Order

The Order is not a power and does not directly influence the operational management of society or economic activity. Its main role is to be an intellectual center, a guarantor of the system, and a keeper of its values. However, the Order has a decisive influence on personnel policy in the highest echelon of governance. It tests candidates for compliance with the benchmark qualities of a manager's personality. All managers in the SF undergo the same tests required to obtain initiation stages in the Order, as the requirements for them and for members of the Order are identical.

  • Key functions of the Order:
    • Creation and protection of the regulatory framework: Writing the Constitution (Axiocodex) and the Election Law, and guaranteeing their strict observance.
    • Strategic oversight: Control over all key areas: worldview and environmental issues, education system (Axiogenesis), defense, security, law and order, foreign policy, and the judicial system.
    • Infrastructure development and support: Creation, continuous modernization, and protection of the Operating System (OS) and the financial system Energy Money (EM).
    • Personnel policy: Testing candidates for senior management positions for compliance with benchmark qualities.
    • System installation and debugging: Full implementation of all SF components, identification and elimination of errors, ensuring harmonious interaction of all elements, and protection from external influence.
  • Its tasks are divided into two stages:
    • Stage 1 (Installation):
      • Creation of the regulatory framework (Axiocodex).
      • Development and launch of the Operating System (OS).
      • Implementation, debugging, and protection of all components of the new system.
      • Launch and coordination of the new education system (Axiogenesis), creation and correction of a unified worldview (Axiochronos).
    • Stage 2 (Guardianship and Development):
      • Ensuring the immutability, observance, protection, and revisions of the Axiocodex.
      • Strategic control over key systems (security, finance, law and order, education, legislation).
      • Ensuring the functioning of the Energy Money financial system and the Operating System.
      • Oversight of defense, security, law and order, foreign policy, and the judicial system.
      • Serving as a "talent forge" for the highest echelon of SF governance.
      • Evolutionary oversight of SF functioning to prevent violations of ecocentric norms.
      • Creation and supervision of specialized committees, one of the most important of which is the Committee for Protection Against Fakes.

The Dual Role of the Order and its Organic Link with Governance.

  1. It is necessary to distinguish between two key phases of the Order's activity. In the first stage, during the formation of the Society of the Future, the Order acts as an "Installer" — an active force implementing and debugging all systems of the Traject. After the successful launch and stabilization of the system, the Order transitions into "Guardian" mode. Its main function shifts to overseeing compliance with the Axiocodex and strategic development, without direct interference in the operational management of communities.
  2. It is important to understand that the Order is not an external, isolated authority. The system is designed so that the most competent and responsible managers, who have gained maximum public trust and reached the highest echelon of self-governance, are by definition obligated to be members of the Order. Thus, the Order represents a natural union of leaders to whom society has already delegated the right to make decisions. This creates organic synergy: popular self-governance "cultivates" the best representatives who, in turn, as members of the Order, gain the right to protect and improve the fundamental rules by which all society lives. Any manifestation of dogmatism or detachment from the interests of society will immediately reflect on their business reputation and lead to instant recall from their positions. This is the most reliable mechanism for protecting the Order from internal degeneration.
  3. Principle of Separation of Powers: To avoid conflicts of interest between strategy (the Order) and economic management (the Councils), a strict rule is introduced: If a high-ranking member of the Order (Axiarch, Prior) holds a senior executive position (Prime Minister, Minister, Head of Regional Council), their right to vote in the Order on matters of changing the Axiocodex is suspended for the entire term of office. They retain only an advisory vote.

9.4. The Order's Supreme Mission: Laying the Foundations

The key task of the highest stage of the Order is to write and protect the fundamental laws (Axiocodex/Constitution). This mission can only be entrusted to people of a special kind:

  • Realized individuals: Those who have overcome all temptations in their lives — money, power, and fame. People who have realized their potential and personal goals, and therefore possess impartiality.
  • Empathic individuals: People who have long practiced virtues and are capable of sensing the deep needs of society, communities, and individuals.
  • Strategists: Those who think on the scale of humanity and are ready to take responsibility for its future before Nature.
  • Incorruptible: People who cannot be swayed to decisions dictated by personal or group interests.

Only such an elite is capable of creating laws that will serve evolution, not immediate gain.

9.5. System of Checks and Balances

The Order implements a vertical, three-tier oversight system to protect the system from abuse.

  • Level 1 (Field): Constitutional Lawyers and Antimonopoly Experts (representatives of the Order) work directly in the Councils of clusters and communities. They can suspend any decision that potentially violates the Axiocodex.
  • Level 2 (Executive): Specialized committees of the Order (Legal, Antimonopoly) conduct an expert review of the suspended decision.
  • Level 3 (Supreme): The Supervisory Board — the highest independent control body of the Order, consisting of its wisest and most experienced members. It reviews the expert opinion and makes the final decision: to veto or permit execution.

To protect the fundamental principles of the system from dilution and ensure the supremacy of the Axiocodex, an independent mechanism of constitutional review, implemented by the Order, is in place. Role of Constitutional Lawyers: Representatives of the Order (Constitutional Lawyers), working in the Councils, do not have the right of political veto. Their sole function is to initiate the procedure of constitutional review if, in their expert opinion, a Law adopted by the cluster directly violates one of the fundamental norms of the Axiocodex. They act not as superiors, but as a "signaling system." Review Procedure: The initiated request is reviewed by the Order's specialized committees, which prepare an expert opinion. The final decision is made by the Order's Supervisory Board. This decision is not a political assessment of whether the cluster's law is "good or bad," but exclusively a legal verdict on its compliance or non-compliance with the Axiocodex. If the Law is deemed constitutional, it continues to operate without any changes. If it is deemed to violate the Axiocodex, it loses force, and the cluster is invited to bring its legislation into compliance with the basic principles of the SF. Thus, the system is not a unitary state governed by the Order, but a unique model of a constitutional federation, where the Order acts not as supreme authority, but as an independent Constitutional Court, safeguarding the rules common to all.

9.6. Principle of Systemic Antifragility: Introduction of the Deconstructor

The main vulnerability of any, even the most perfect, social operating system is entropy, arising from a lack of challenges. When a system considers itself ideal, it begins to die. To prevent the Order from transforming into a digital dictatorship or a bureaucratic swamp, a special protocol of "Controlled Chaos" — the Deconstructor Function — is integrated into the governance architecture. This is a "red button" mechanism embedded in the core of governance. Unlike classical systems where opposition is suppressed, in Traject, opposition (in the person of the Deconstructor) is institutionalized and endowed with the right of veto ("Emergency Brake"). Tasks of the protocol:

  1. Deconstructor (Jester) — institutionalized opposition within the Order. Obliged to ridicule the "bronzing" of leaders and block decisions that contradict common sense. Formed from representatives of the Branch of Critics, chosen by lot. Important condition: The Deconstructor cannot be appointed to the Council of an industry with which they are professionally or economically connected.
  2. Human Factor Audit: Protection against elite ossification. Any Axiarch who loses the ability for self-irony and critical perception is automatically marked by the system as a "vulnerable node" through the initiation of an impeachment procedure.
  3. Algorithm Audit: Protection against code dictatorship. The Deconstructor acts as a guarantor that the AI's logic will not transgress human ethics.

Composition of the Institute of Deconstruction: Axiarchs and Priors who have no beneficiary status in business structures and are not currently engaged in governing bodies. Term: The appointment lasts one year, allowing the Deconstructor to delve deeply into the dynamics of the council and identify hidden negative trends (cartel agreements, monopolism, personal lobbying). Mechanism: Selection is carried out by blind lot. Priors undergo internships as Deconstructors at the lower level (primary councils), Axiarchs — at the middle and higher levels of coordination.

9.7. Key Institutions under the Order

  • Academy "Axiochronos": A center for the creation and development of the SF's unified ecocentric worldview.
  • University of Freedom: A comprehensive educational institution training new types of managers, judges, educators, and other specialists.

9.8. Axiocracy — Dictatorship of Intellect

The described political system is called Axiocracy (from ancient Greek ἄξιος — "worthy"). It is the rule of the most worthy, which can be characterized as a "dictatorship of intellect." This term should be distinguished from:

  • Noocracy: the rule of those with high IQ, which does not guarantee moral qualities.
  • Technocracy: the rule of competent specialists, who may be irresponsible.
  • Meritocracy: the rule of the talented, which does not imply leadership ability.

Axiocracy is a unique system because it requires from managers an inseparable unity of all three qualities: the highest Competence, impeccable Business Reputation, and absolute Responsibility.

9.9. Axiocracy: Qualifications and Principles of Governance

At the heart of the system for selecting managers and members of the Order lies a comprehensive concept of Intellect, which is defined not through abstract IQ tests, but as the ability to independently solve non-trivial tasks. Intellect is a derivative of a person's real successes and achievements across a variety of activities. It consists of three key, measurable components:1. Business reputation is the result of demonstrating the ability to think about the future and the readiness to take responsibility for one's actions. 2. Competence ("depth of understanding the essence of an activity") is an alloy of erudition (breadth of knowledge, theoretical basis) and practical skills honed to automatism. 3. Creativity is the result of manifesting the ability to think about the unmanifested (innovations, inventions). A product of creative thinking not implemented in practice remains a hypothesis and is not considered an achievement.

Management Principle: In the Society of the Future (SoF), the model of "hired management of the competent and axiometric coordination of the worthy" is implemented. Power as an instrument of coercion is replaced by the responsible execution of functions. Selection for coordinator positions based on the principle of worthiness (Axiometry) begins directly within the first composition of the council of representatives (deputies or curators).

9.10. Achievements of the Highest Order and the Right to Create a Constitution

Special, outstanding achievements in these three areas define the elite capable of laying the foundations of the Society of the Future:

  • Siddhis (achievement in competence of the highest order) — a testament to the deepest self-knowledge, conscious management of one's state, and synchronization of personal intentions with the laws of nature ("realization power"). Such individuals have passed all temptations, are devoid of the desire for power and wealth, which guarantees the crystal purity of their thoughts.
  • Genius (achievement in creativity of the highest order) — the skill of working with complex, system-forming ideas, their generation and embodiment.
  • Passionarity (achievement in leadership of the highest order) — superactivity, manifested in the pursuit of a goal and the ability for extreme effort and self-sacrifice for its sake.

It is the possessors of these qualities — siddhis, geniuses, and passionaries — who receive the logical exclusive right to create the Constitution (Axiocode) of the SoF. Their wisdom and purity of intentions serve as a guarantee that the fundamental law will serve evolution, and not momentary interests.

9.11. Testing System and Roles in Society

For selecting candidates for management and coordination systems, in addition to analyzing achievements, tests are used to determine thinking styles and leadership qualities.

  • Intelligence as a relative concept is not measured, but compared. Intellectuals are divided into categories according to the level of manifestation of business reputation, competence, and creativity.
  • Leadership qualities are tested depending on the position. For example, a candidate for a first-level deputy must possess tolerance, communication skills, and the ability to negotiate. Their responsibility as a leadership quality is verified during the work process and recorded in their business reputation.
  • A psychological profile, maintained from early childhood, is an important tool for distributing roles in management.

This flexible system allows everyone to find their place:

  • Intellectuals without leadership inclinations realize themselves as analysts, experts, teachers, and creators.
  • Leaders without clearly expressed analytical intelligence can successfully realize themselves as managers in private Organizations.

9.12. Protection from Lies, Demagoguery, and Populism

To protect society from lies, fakes, and manipulations spread through the public space, a standing Committee for Protection against Fakes is established under the Order.

  • Object of control: Any opinion leaders (politicians, journalists, bloggers, etc.) who influence a wide audience.
  • Mechanism of operation:
    • Analysis: The Committee performs a detailed analysis of public speeches, texts, and statements for the use of lies, conceptual substitutions, manipulations, demagogic techniques, and other manipulations.
    • Expert assessment: For each speech, a conclusion is formed with an assessment of the veracity of the statements used and attached evidence. If statements cannot be verified, the speaker is publicly asked to provide arguments in their favor.
    • Reputational consequences: In case of proven lies or manipulations, a corresponding negative entry is made in the speaker's business reputation, visible to all citizens in the system.
  • Result: Every public figure receives an objective assessment of their truthfulness, a kind of "public honesty rating." This does not prohibit citizens from listening to recognized liars, but it provides society with a reliable tool for conscious selection of information sources, depriving demagogues of their main weapon — the audience's trust.

9.13. Founding Protocol

Regulates the launch of Axiocracy until the Axiometry system is fully configured.

  1. Status "Founder": Until the final version of Axiometry is approved, all core participants have equal "Founder" status.
  2. Primary differentiation: To distribute roles, Founders undergo testing with beta versions of methodologies, receiving a temporary "Reputation Passport."
  3. Protection against collusion: The first composition of controlling bodies (Observers/Deconstructors) is selected exclusively by lot from among verified Founders.
  4. Total Verification: After system debugging is complete, all Founders undergo the full Axioscopy procedure again on general grounds to confirm their actual ranks.

Section 10: Axiopolis — Physical Embodiment of the Society of the Future

10.1. Introduction: City of the Worthy

Axiopolis is not just a city with suburbs and agricultural lands, but a fundamental cell and a full-scale, operational prototype of the Society of the Future. Historically and spiritually, Axiopolis is a revival of the archetype of the Zaporozhian Sich at a new technological level. It is a sovereign territory with its own way of life, strong internal culture, and capacity for self-defense. The New Country is formed not "from above," but as an alliance of such sovereign Sich (Confederation), united by common rules of life and honor — the Axiocode. This is a proving ground where the new model is practiced before being scaled to the entire country. It is the minimally necessary territorial unit within which the full creation and self-sufficient functioning of all SoF systems is possible. This is a practical solution to the key problems of modern civilization: ecological crisis, social atomization, and loss of meaningful guidelines. It is a consciously designed, self-sufficient network of settlements serving as a cradle for a new type of society.

10.2. Architecture and Functional Zoning

Axiopolis represents a unified bio-socio-technical organism, consisting of four interconnected zones:

  1. Urban core: The center of social, administrative, and cultural life, designed on the principle of a "15-minute city." Medium- and low-rise development predominates here. The foundation of the "bio-tech" architectural style will be the mass application of modular natural wood constructions, produced by the "Affordable Housing" complex. This is not only environmentally friendly and aesthetic, but also allows for building construction at unprecedented speed with minimal environmental impact, harmoniously integrating them into the landscape.
  2. Agricultural zone: A "green belt," guaranteeing 100% food security based on permaculture and organic farming.
  3. Industrial zone: The technological heart, operating on the principles of circular economy and closed loop. Emphasis is placed on high-tech and environmentally friendly production.
  4. Recreational network: A space for health restoration, including natural parks, active recreation areas, and secluded settlements.

10.3. Key Social Institutions

  • Care Complex: The core of the healthcare system, based on a holistic approach. Includes a Diagnostic Center, Health Center, Social Support Center, and Temple of Harmony (a center for mental and spiritual health, based on dialogue and self-knowledge).
  • Preventive Law Enforcement System: Roles are divided between a Social Mediator (preventive work, early conflict resolution) and a Local Officer (official law enforcement representative).
  • Justice System and Penitentiary System: Based on the principles of de-escalation, mediation, and fair compensation for damage.
    • Principle of restorative justice: Instead of punishment in the form of prison terms, compensation for inflicted damage is used. If immediate compensation is not possible, labor service is assigned until the debt is fully repaid. In case of irreparable damage (e.g., resulting in death), lifelong alimony payments are awarded to the victim or their heirs.
    • Two-tiered dispute resolution system: Any formal dispute first undergoes a mandatory mediation stage with a Judicial Mediator to seek consensus. If consensus is not reached, the case is referred for consideration by a Jury Court, consisting of competent citizens with a high level of business reputation.
    • Precedent law: Decisions are based on rulings from similar disputes in the past, and compensation amounts are determined by relevant expertise.
    • Isolation from society: Applied only in exceptional cases.
      • For recidivists and those who have committed particularly serious violent crimes, a protected zone of compact living with restricted freedom of movement is allocated.
      • For those who refuse labor service, a different type of zone is allocated — with full self-governance and self-financing, without the provision of utility services by the SoF.

10.4. Healthcare System: Integrative and Preventive Approach

The healthcare system in the SoF fundamentally shifts the focus from treating diseases to prevention and improving diagnostic methods for identifying the root causes of illnesses. The foundation is educating citizens on self-regulation and a responsible attitude towards their health.

  • Key principles:
    • Integrative model: The system combines the strengths of various medical schools. Western medicine remains indispensable in traumatology, surgery, and dentistry. However, for diagnosing and treating chronic diseases, many of which have a psychosomatic nature, other proven effective approaches are equally applied: Chinese, homeopathic, Ayurvedic medicine, as well as psychotherapy and naturopathy (e.g., therapeutic fasting).
    • Personalized approach: Instead of universal protocols, the most effective method of treatment and prevention is determined for each person from childhood. This approach considers individual, including genetic, characteristics of the organism.
    • Focus on diagnostics: Priority is given to high-precision diagnostic methods (e.g., resonant) that allow identifying the root causes of ailments — from micronutrient deficiencies to the presence of hidden pathogens — rather than just fighting symptoms.
    • Prevention and lifestyle: Instead of "mindless drug selection," emphasis is placed on individually tailored prevention programs, including physical culture and proper nutrition.

Funding and Management: Healthcare system funding is structured on two levels, reflecting its preventive orientation: ·         Basic level (Prevention and Emergency care): Funded from the budgets of territorial clusters through a targeted contribution (similar to an education contribution). This level covers the entire system of preventive measures, including the development and production of specialized food products, mass diagnostics, and emergency and urgent care services. This is a public good, accessible to everyone. ·         Specialized level (Treatment and Insurance): Comprehensive treatment, planned operations, and highly specialized services are financed through voluntary insurance contributions from citizens to Mutual Aid Funds. This allows for the creation of flexible and personalized health programs without overburdening the public budget. Emergency response strategy: Responsibility for responding to global health threats (pandemics, man-made disasters) lies with the Order in close cooperation with the Council of Ministers. The Order (through its Defender and Healer branches) is responsible for strategic planning, expert mobilization, and developing action protocols. The Council of Ministers ensures the implementation of these plans, coordinating production capacities for the manufacture of necessary medicines and equipment. Prevention through nutrition: Science instead of dietary supplements: The foundation of preventive medicine is not mass consumption of pharmaceutical products, but a scientific approach to nutrition. Instead of a dietary supplement industry, the SoF creates a system for producing specialized products (fruit purees, pâtés, yogurts, breakfast cereals), the composition of which is scientifically balanced to compensate for the deficiency of macro- and microelements characteristic of each specific community or region. This approach makes it possible to eliminate the root cause of a vast layer of diseases related to nutritional imbalances, compensating for the lack of chemical elements and compounds necessary for a healthy life. Ethical foundations of breakthrough technologies: Genetic engineering as a tool for evolution: The Traject recognizes a harsh reality: the elimination of natural selection in comfortable civilized conditions leads to a gradual accumulation of genetic errors and degradation of the species. The humanistic values of the SoF do not allow a return to the cruel mechanisms of "Spartan" selection. Therefore, the only responsible and ethical way to preserve the health of the species is the conscious use of genetic engineering. Its application is strictly regulated by a special Ethical Committee under the Supervisory Board of the Order and pursues exclusively the following goals: ·         Neutralization of pathogenic mutations: Elimination of congenital and acquired genetic defects leading to diseases. ·         Restoration of genetic health: Correction of accumulated errors in the gene pool to prevent degeneration. The use of genetic engineering for "human enhancement," creating social castes, or advantages not directly related to the elimination of pathologies is strictly prohibited. Our goal is not to create a "superhuman," but to ensure everyone's right to a healthy life, free from the burden of genetic diseases. Any intervention is a purely voluntary act and undergoes a complex ethical review procedure.

10.5. Economic Model: "Comfort as a Service"

The key difference in Axiopolis's economy is the rejection of the model of mass production and sale of short-lived household appliances. Instead, industrial organizations produce highly reliable products and offer them to citizens as a service (e.g., renting the "comfortable temperature service" instead of buying an air conditioner). This model, aimed at maximum resource efficiency, is standard for housing with collective infrastructure and optional for individual households.

10.6. Axiopolis as an Incubator of New Culture

Axiopolis is not just a place to live, but an environment for shaping a new consciousness. The education system (Axiogenesis) is aimed at fostering a worthy personality, and the process of integrating new citizens is an act of consciously entering into a social contract with the acceptance of the values and rules of the Society of the Future.

10.8. Guarantees and Future Confidence

A key factor in alleviating social stress and solving the demographic problem is to instill confidence in citizens about their future. The Traject ensures this confidence through a complex of interconnected guarantees. Confidence in the future is provided by its predictability and certainty:

  • Economic stability: Thanks to the inflation-free model of Energy Money and a planned economy regarding essential goods.
  • Accessibility to self-realization: Guarantee of jobs and opportunities for income sufficient to meet basic needs.
  • Health and longevity: Access to highly qualified medical diagnostics and timely assistance.
  • Justice: Guarantee of rights protection through a judicial system aimed at full compensation for damages.
  • Education for life: An education system (Axiogenesis) that teaches how to live in the modern world, find one's calling, and pursue one's beloved work.
  • Security: Guarantee of protection of life and property against any external aggression.

10.9. Efficient Use of Infrastructure

To minimize the costs of maintaining municipal premises, most of them are transferred to sectoral (ex-territorial) clusters for use as museums, exhibitions, conference halls, training laboratories, workshops, and gyms for acquiring professional skills.

Section 11: Axiogenesis — System of Upbringing and Education

11.1. Introduction: Upbringing the Human of the Future

A key task for creating a sustainable Future Society is to educate a new generation that shares its values. This requires solving the "chicken and egg" paradox: to raise the human of the future, mentors from the future are needed. This mission is initially undertaken by the Order, which launches and supervises the new system, simultaneously preparing both the first mentors and the first students.

11.2. Philosophy of Axiogenesis: System of Harmonious Worldview

We call the concept of education in the FS the "System of harmonious worldview." By "harmonious," we mean "devoid of internal and external contradictions." The system's goal is to help individuals satisfy universal basic needs: "live long, successfully, and happily, in abundance, with a minimum of stress, and die in old age quickly and without torment." This is achieved through the formation of a holistic worldview and training in responsible interaction with it. The system is based on the principle of teaching responsible self-realization. Its goals are:

  • Not just to impart knowledge, but to teach individuals to follow their interests and realize their potential in ways that do not create conflicts with the environment (nature, society). The younger generation is taught harmonious interaction with all types of environments, understanding their laws and regularities.
  • Formation of a new worldview capable of resisting the cult of consumption. This is achieved not only through direct instruction but also through the environment itself: new social relations in clusters, a fair financial system, and media (books, films) demonstrating the advantages of a creative path.
  • Overcoming destructive qualities. The system aims to teach individuals success, luck, happiness, and true freedom. This helps reduce the influence of natural qualities such as envy and greed, and re-instill lost motivation for creative work.

It is important to emphasize: Axiogenesis does not aim to cultivate a single, "correct" type of thinking. On the contrary, its task is to help each person develop to perfection the unique way of thinking given to them by nature, be it analytical, creative, or any other. At the same time, the formation of a worldview — a system of values — directly depends on the surrounding environment, economy, and the "Myths" that society transmits. Our task is not to impose a new dogma, but to create an environment and offer such a convincing, scientifically-based Myth, in which creative, responsible, and ecocentric behavior becomes the most natural, logical, and profitable path to self-realization and success.

11.3. Methodology: Constructive Conversion of Instincts (CCI)

1. Biological Justification: The pedagogical model is based on the principle of evolutionary utility. We proceed from the premise that there are no "superfluous" parts in the human psyche. What traditional morality labels as "vices" (sins) are ancient evolutionary survival mechanisms that ensured the dominance of the Homo Sapiens species.

  • Problem: Traditional education attempts to block these mechanisms (suppression), leading to neuroses, hidden aggression, and social pathologies ("loser/victim mentality").
  • Solution: The Axiogenesis system identifies each mechanism and teaches its constructive application. We don't shut down the engine; we turn the steering wheel.

2. Energy Conversion Table (Basic Protocol): The learning process includes mandatory practice of the following psycho-emotional reactions:

| "Vice" (Stimulus) | Evolutionary Meaning | Conversion in Axiogenesis (Skill) | | ------------------- | ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Envy | Indicator of hierarchical lag. Signal: "He has a resource I need." | Healthy Competition. The skill of benchmarking (analyzing another's success) and motivation for extra effort. Instead of "destroy the rival" — "surpass the rival." | | Aggression | Energy for defending territory or seizing new space (Expansion). | Valor and Leadership. Redirecting physical aggression into sports, intellectual, or project expansion. Protecting the weak and asserting boundaries (one's own and the country's). | | Greed | Instinct to accumulate resources for winter/famine survival. | Investing and Frugality. The skill of effective resource management. Not "miserliness," but creating capital and added value. | | Vanity | Need for social recognition and high rank in the pack. | Reputation Management. Striving to create an impeccable Name. Motivation for large-scale social projects for the sake of glory (Stage of Service). | | Laziness | Energy-saving mode. Desire to achieve results with minimal effort. | Optimization and Inventiveness. The "engine of progress." Seeking engineering solutions that automate routine to free up time for Creativity. | | Jealousy | Instinct to protect one's asset (partner, territory, position) from encroachment. Fear of losing exclusive access. | Skill Enhancement (Self-Upgrade). Changing strategy from "perimeter guarding" to "quality improvement." Instead of restricting the freedom of a partner/colleagues (totalitarian control), the subject directs energy to becoming the unchallengeably best choice. Protecting one's place through creating supreme value, not through a fence. |

  3. Implementation Methodology (Educator's Algorithm): The learning process is built on situational modeling:

  • Stage A (Identification): When a conflict or strong emotion arises (e.g., a fight or envy of someone else's gadget), the learning process stops. The educator does not punish but registers the state: "You are feeling aggression/envy now. This is normal. Your 'reactor' has released energy."
  • Stage B (Vector Verification): Analysis of the situation. "Do you want to hit him to make him weaker? This is the path of degradation (a zero-sum game). Or do you want to become stronger than him? This is the path of evolution."
  • Stage C (Instrumentalization): The educator offers a tool for competition. "Prove your superiority not with fists/gossip, but with results." A duel is arranged (intellectual, sports, project-based) with clear rules.

4. Result: Formation of a personality with high efficiency of psychic energy, where "vices" serve as an additional turbo-boost for achievements. 5. Expected Social Effect: Mass implementation of the CCI protocol allows for the "re-flashing" of the national code within one generation (20 years). We eradicate the inferiority complex and the habit of "pulling successful people down" (crab mentality), replacing them with a cult of Achievement and respect for Strength directed towards creation. This transforms Ukraine from an object of pity into a highly competitive geopolitical actor.

11.4. Goals and Objectives of the System

  • Formation of a holistic personality: Education of a physically, mentally, and morally healthy person capable of finding common ground in society and taking responsibility for their actions.
  • Finding one's calling: The system helps each child determine their inclinations and interests, try themselves in different areas, and find a beloved occupation. For this purpose, psychologists and educators conduct observations from a young age, compiling a psycho-portrait, which is supplemented by test results and comparison with hereditary and other potential. Special attention is paid to early diagnosis of leadership potential. The propensity for responsibility and organization of collective activity, manifested from childhood, is recorded by psychologists and educators in the psycho-portrait and purposefully developed.
  • Development of thinking: Stimulation of research and creative work, development of all types of thinking, concentration of attention, and impartial perception.
  • Learning interaction with the environment: Instilling skills for independent health maintenance (physical and mental), self-regulation, discipline, vigilance, psychological resilience to stress and uncertainty ("black swans").

11.5. Structure of Axiogenesis: Two Key Directions

As a basis, the education concept distinguishes two main directions:

  1. Direction "Enlightenment":

Engages in teaching knowledge about the role and place of humans in their habitats. Habitats refer to two types:

    1. Natural environments: body; community (as a natural form of society); planet Earth (landscapes, climate, biosphere).
    2. Artificial environments: all forms of social organization other than natural; constructed places of residence and interaction.

"Enlightenment" teaches the ethics of each environment — its laws, rules, and regularities. It shows the fundamental differences between natural and artificial environments and provides an understanding that humans can only influence the artificial environments they create, while the laws of natural environments are beyond their control.

  2. Direction "Education":

Engages in teaching knowledge about forms of human interaction with other people and with all available environments. Basic knowledge here includes:

    1. Understanding the correspondences (or inconsistencies) of individual or collective morality with the ethics of different types of environments.
    2. Knowledge about which deviations of morality from ethics can be constructive (developing) and which are destructive (leading to degradation).
    • Individual approach: The system takes into account each student's worldview typology of mind (e.g., occult, religious, or agnostic), offering models of cognition adequate to their perception.

11.6. Learning Outcome: Formula for Personal Happiness

Upon graduating from an educational institution, a graduate receives not just a diploma, but a comprehensive "maturity passport," which includes:

  • Confirmed level of knowledge and practical skills (qualifications).
  • A formed psycho-portrait reflecting their strengths and potential.
  • An understanding of what they want from life and how to achieve it — a personal "formula for personal happiness" that they are to implement in practice.

11.7. Highest Stage of Axiogenesis: Path to Mastery and Development of Siddhis (Higher Abilities)

The Axiogenesis system is not limited to preparing a harmonious personality but also opens the way to unlocking higher human potential — the development of abilities (siddhis), which may appear as "miracles" from the outside. This is not mysticism but the result of purposeful inner work and discipline.

  • Key practices and abilities:
    • Stillness of mind: The ability to clear consciousness of mental noise, which allows solving complex problems, operating with large amounts of information, and delving into the essence of things through personal experience.
    • Concentration: The skill of deep focus of attention on a chosen object or process.
    • Impeccability: The ability to perform any action with maximum dedication and quality, as if it were the last action in life. Impeccability is the highest form of responsibility towards oneself, free from the expectation of external benefit or recognition. This quality is mandatory for those who achieve the highest degrees of initiation in the Order.
    • Self-control: The ability to monitor and manage one's thoughts, emotions, and physical states.
    • Abstinence: The practice of both biological (overcoming non-critical needs) and psychological (following virtues) abstinence to strengthen willpower.
    • Development of thinking: Conscious mastery of various types of thinking (logical, critical, systemic, strategic) and recognition of cognitive biases.

Homo sapiens.

  • общество сгруппировано в кластеры по двум различным принципам: территориальному (объединение по культурным признакам в рамках одного региона) и экстерриториальному (объединение по интересам вне зависимости от места проживания при помощи цифровой платформы);
  • система управления обществом и территориями формируется в виде многоуровневого самоуправления, основанного на цензах (возрастном, компетентностном, интеллектуальном и лидерском) и психопортрете;
  • внедрена финансовая система «Энергетические деньги», денежной единицей которой является затраченный труд;
  • создан единый мировоззренческий миф, состоящий из объединяющих все существующие культуры постулатов о добродетелях;
  • внедрена система образования (Аксиогенез), пробуждающая и раскрывающая интеллектуальный и лидерский потенциалы личности путем стимуляции развития соответствующих качеств, обучающая соблюдению принципов экологичности взаимоотношений как залогу успешности, удачи, везения, счастья и свободы, и направленная на создание цепи преемственности в линии передачи Знаний;
  • внедрена судебная система, ориентированная на поиск справедливых решений и компромиссов, основанная на медиаторских принципах;

Core Concepts

* **Work** — an activity aimed at creating value or satisfying needs.
* **Labor** — work, in the process of which methods for its improvement are regularly applied.
* **Competence** — the presence of specific education, experience, and skills necessary for effective activity in a given subject area.
* **Business Reputation** — a trust rating, a long-term intangible asset that, depending on its state, brings constant profit or loss in the near, medium, and long term. A subject's reputation can be social, in the form of prevailing opinion about them, and business, in the form of an assessment of their activities from the perspective of business qualities.
* **Responsibility** — a sense of duty, a willingness to answer in the future for the consequences of one's actions and to suffer punishment for committed mistakes.
* **Conscience** — a regulator between the intentions to commit certain actions and the fear of punishment for committing them.
* **Management** — the right to represent the interests of one's constituent and one's personal interests in governing bodies, recorded in digital format and consisting of the right to seek optimal solutions and the right to determine the order of execution of tasks set by the constituent in the areas of activity specified by the agreement.
* **Ecocentrism** — is: a) a balance of interests of individuals, communities, and civilization; b) a balance between individualism and collectivism; c) a balance between naturocentrism and anthropocentrism.
  • Axioms
    • Axiom of Cause and Effect: "As you sow, so shall you reap."
    • Axiom of Good and Evil: The concepts of Good and Evil are relative and subjective.
    • Axiom of Labor: "Labor transformed the ape into a man."
    • Axiom of Reputation No. 1: Those who look to their future are concerned with their business reputation.
    • Axiom of Reputation No. 2: Business reputation is earned throughout life, but it can be destroyed in an instant.
    • Axiom of Reputation No. 3: A high level of business reputation is a consequence of high-quality activity and the presence of a working conscience.
    • Axiom of Competence No. 1: Competence consists of a theoretical basis and practical skills.
    • Axiom of Competence No. 2: Competence significantly shortens time and reduces the likelihood of errors.
    • Axiom of Responsibility: A propensity to take on responsibility gives rise to leadership qualities.
    • Axiom of Success: A group of like-minded people is more successful than a group of hired specialists.
    • Axiom of Management: The quality of life of society directly depends on the quality of management.
    • Axiom of Harmony: The study of mathematics, engaging in music, and observing nature allow one to comprehend harmony and perfection.
    • Axiom of Improper Storage: All insufficiently controlled assets tend to be plundered.
    • Axiom of Taxes and Fees: If there is an opportunity to avoid paying taxes, there will always be someone willing to do so.
  • Corollaries
    • Assessment of competence and business reputation is impossible without their identification in the process of work or labor.
    • Assessment of responsibility is made based on an accumulated business reputation.
    • A person with a high level of business reputation, taking on the responsibility of management, risks partially lowering or completely losing their business reputation, and thus their income. Consequently, such a person is confident in their abilities.
    • High business reputation is earned through competence and a pursuit of excellence, and indicates the ability to bear responsibility.
    • In conditions of impunity, a person is capable of losing their conscience.
    • Responsibility, in terms of punishment, is a natural limiter for persons with authority.
    • Those not concerned with their business reputation are unable to look into their future.
    • People with common interests should be united into communities.
    • For every attractive asset, there will be someone willing to make it insufficiently controlled in order to appropriate it.
    • To make non-payment of fees and charges impossible, money must be made cashless, and its storage centralized.

15.3. Required Modules for Testing the Theory of Future Society

For the practical verification of the hypothesis and proof of the Theory of Future Society, the creation of the following innovative modules in the organization of society is necessary:

  • System of Education and Upbringing (Basic Level): Teaching ecology (harmonious interaction with the environment), methods for realizing interests, and assistance in identifying them.
  • Territorial System: Divided into territorial communities (clusters) with their own self-governing bodies. The supreme body is the Council of Communities.
  • Activity System (Economic): Divided into clusters and industries with their own self-governing bodies. The supreme body is the Council of Industries (Council of Ministers).
  • Political System (The Order): Includes bodies for political education, legal support, defense, security, foreign policy, and a reputational court.
  • Management System: A multi-level system for hiring managers with competence and reputational qualifications in the territorial and economic systems. A collegiate-authoritarian system in The Order.
  • Financial System: A system of energy money with digital currency, managed by a single financial center.
  • Operating System: A social network, extended with tools for identification, accounting, economic, and financial-economic activity.

15.4. Proof

Full practical proof of the theorem is possible only by conducting a full-scale social experiment in a minimally sufficient territory for this purpose (approximately one territorial community of Ukraine).

Section 16: Conditions and Implementation Scenarios in Ukraine

16.1. General Prerequisites and Necessary Conditions

The project is being developed for all humanity, but its implementation is envisioned as phased, starting with a "small society" (1-2 million people in a territory the size of a Ukrainian oblast). The basic requirement is to find unifying motives and form common agreements that do not affect cultural traditions. All divisive motives are separated into different directions with the aim of subsequently achieving a balance of interests. The project must account for the need for a transitional period and contain the most non-traumatic paths for transitioning from the current society to the future society. The goal must be achievable and consist of instructions and solutions that have already been applied in the past. For a total modernization of the management system, the following conditions are necessary:

  • Society's desire and readiness for modernization.
  • A deep crisis and weakness of the current management system, such that it accepts the idea of necessary modernization.
  • The presence of a driving force (initiative group, experts, leaders) and resources for carrying out the modernization.

The modernization of society according to the proposed concept is possible only if all the aforementioned principles are implemented without exception. For their implementation in the initial stages, the following conditions must be met:

  • Independence and Autonomy: The country and society must be maximally independent from external players to implement their plans, rather than being a puppet in someone else's games.
  • Policy Continuity: It is necessary to form a guiding force (the passionate part of society) based on a ready ideology and strategy to ensure the continuity of the course.
  • Implementation of Innovative Systems: Key is the implementation of new electoral, financial-economic, and judicial systems, as well as education and upbringing systems.

As of the current moment (October 2025), the conditions for modernization have not yet been fully created. However, the project must be ready in advance.

16.2. Options for Modernization in Ukraine

  • Flagship project "Axiopolis" (Pragmatic Start): This option, currently the most realistic, involves abandoning direct political struggle for existing territories. Instead, the focus shifts to solving the most acute humanitarian problem – providing housing for millions of refugees and citizens who have lost their homes. By attracting private and international investments for a specific, clear, and socially significant project, the first Axiopolis is built from scratch on an allocated territory. It is created not just as a settlement, but as a prototype of the Future Society – a showcase of a new order, proving its effectiveness. It becomes not just a city, but a "point of crystallization" for a new model: self-sufficient, technological, and built on the principles of Axiocracy. This path allows for the creation of a working prototype of the Future Society, without entering into a direct conflict with the old system, but by visibly demonstrating its superiority.
  • Parallel system: Creation of a new system within the existing one, operating with different, transparent tools that do not cause alarm to the old system.
  • Pilot region (top-down): Designation of a region (oblast) through legislative initiative for an experiment with the status of a free political-economic zone.
  • Pilot region (bottom-up): Conducting special measures within one region for the legitimate seizure of power and modernization of the regional management system.
  • Voluntary consent of the authorities: Consent of the highest echelons of power to carry out modernization throughout the country under their control.
  • Post-revolutionary transformation (Maidan): After the victorious end of the war, carrying out special measures to remove the current elite and establish a new Constitution and Law on Elections.

16.3. Analysis of Implementation Options

The driving force in all options is the initiative group of project creators.

  • Option 1 (Flagship project "Axiopolis"): This scenario is currently the priority and most viable. Its strength lies in a constructive approach. It does not require breaking down the old, but offers building something new for those who need it most. It is a humanitarian mission that can receive broad support both domestically and abroad, and which the current government would find extremely difficult to sabotage. The successful implementation of Axiopolis will become irrefutable proof of the Trajectory's effectiveness and a natural center of attraction for further scaling. Resources for it are attracted from private and donor sources for a specific goal – the country's reconstruction.
  • Option 2 (utopian revolutionary): Optimal, but currently lacking investors. The old system will eventually begin resistance. It can be overcome through the creation of a political party and electoral victory. Resources are attracted from private investors or funds.
  • Option 3 (evolutionary, option 1): In the current conditions of partial regional occupation, granting special status to another region sounds painful and unlikely. Resources are provided by the state.
  • Option 4 (evolutionary, option 2): The least utopian, but leads to conflict with the central government. However, success in the region could become "contagious" for neighbors and lead to the capitulation of the old system. Resources are attracted from private investors or funds.
  • Option 5 (utopia, reliance on consciousness): Unlikely, as the authorities in Ukraine are traditionally not interested in real modernization and seek solutions within a narrow circle of trusted individuals, not experts. Resources are provided by the state.
  • Option 6 (Maidan): Typical for Ukraine and quite probable, provided that the driving forces of the Maidan accept the project as a guide to action. Resources are attracted from private investors or funds.

16.4. External Risks and System Integrity

Upon successful implementation of the project, Ukraine may find itself surrounded by external enemies who perceive a threat to the world order. A self-sufficient economy, universal military service, and sufficient investment in defense will help resolve this issue. A key requirement for the project is its completeness, integrity, and internal consistency. An attempt to replace only one subsystem (e.g., the electoral one) within the old system will necessitate adjusting all others, which proves the need for a comprehensive systemic approach.

Section 17: Pragmatics of Implementation: Plan, Budget, Team and Risks

This section replaces previous hypothetical scenarios and presents a concrete, pragmatic plan for implementing the "Future Society" Trajectory, based on existing assets, calculated business models, and a ready-to-work team.

17.1. Philosophy of Implementation: Evolution Instead of Revolution

Our strategy is not political struggle for the "old," but the creation of the "new." We do not spend resources on reforming the existing system, but create a parallel, more efficient, just, and technological model that proves its advantage in practice. The priority scenario is Option 1: Flagship project "Axiopolis". We start by solving the most acute humanitarian problem – providing housing for 4.5 million citizens who have lost their homes. The first Axiopolis becomes the "point of crystallization" of the new model, and its success launches a process of evolutionary expansion.

17.2. Phased Implementation Plan (Roadmap)

The plan is divided into two stages, which are implemented in parallel:

Stage 0: Preparatory (until "D-Day" - signing of the Peace Treaty)

This stage is already in active implementation. Its goal is to accumulate the main capital – human capital – as well as to create the financial and legal basis for the instant start of Stage 2.

  • 1. Financial Engine ("Starter Engine"):
    • Project: Launch of a mobile complex for the disposal of industrial waste (transformer oils).
    • Goal: Self-financing. The project covers the operational expenses of The Order, the OS development team, and legal support.
  • 2. Mobilization Engine ("Clean Ocean" and OS):
    • Project "Clean Ocean": Launch of a global ocean cleanup project that mobilizes millions of supporters worldwide (target – 10 million) and provides future energy complexes with free raw materials (plastic).
    • Project "Operating System": Launch of a national platform for small and medium-sized businesses (FOPs). We solve their pressing problem – dependence on monopolists (Rozetka, Prom) with their 15-27% commissions. By offering a free platform (0% for Ukrainian producers), we mobilize 3 million supporters within the country and create our "political influence force."
  • 3. Project Engine ("Axiopolis-Design"):
    • Project: Completion of the design for the first Axiopolis.
    • Implementation: The project is being implemented in partnership with one of Europe's leading design bureaus. The bureau performs the design of Axiopolis as part of an exclusive co-participation in the creation of a joint "Affordable Housing" cluster.

Stage 1: Legalization (Creation of a Political Lever)

  1. Goal: Obtaining legal status through economic mobilization.
  2. Alliance with Entrepreneurs: Launching the OS as an "Economic Haven" for FOPs (0% commissions, protection from monopolies).
  3. Digital Mobilization: Consolidating 1–3 million users into an organized "Digital Trade Union."
  4. Political Barter: Presenting authorities (Verkhovna Rada) with a demand for the adoption of a Law "On Special Territories of Advanced Development" (Axiopolises) under threat of an electoral boycott.
  5. Legal Shield: Obtaining legislative guarantees of autonomy and investment protection.

Stage 2: "Point of Crystallization" (Start — immediately after "D-Day")

  1. Goal: Construction of the first pilot Axiopolis for 20,000 residents.
  2. Key Projects:
    • "Main Engine" (Energy+): Construction of a network of stationary energy complexes (based on solid waste processing technology) that provide the city with 100% energy independence and generate profit for the construction of free housing.
    • Cluster "Affordable Housing" (Construction+): Construction of a high-tech complex for the production of modular eco-homes (using solid wood and other natural materials) to provide housing for 20,000 residents and export the complex's products to the EU.
    • Cluster "Agro-sector+": Creation of a high-tech agro-hub (vertical farms, permaculture) to ensure 100% food security for the city.
    • Urban Core: Construction of the residential, social, and cultural infrastructure of Axiopolis.

17.3. Implementation Team (Core of The Order)

The project is being implemented not by theorists, but by a team of practitioners with many years of experience, ready to work. The core of The Order, responsible for launching Stage 1, has been formed and includes:

  • Trajectory Architect: Ideologist, visionary, and systems engineer with 30 years of management and development experience. A specialist in the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ), responsible for the integrity and consistency of all project systems.
  • Leader of the "Energy+" Cluster: Candidate of Technical Sciences, Ukraine's leading specialist in electrometallurgy and plasma technologies with 25 years of experience. Author and technological guarantor of flagship projects for waste-to-energy processing.
  • Leader of the "Construction+" Cluster: Entrepreneur and construction engineer with 20 years of experience, founder of manufacturing companies. Developer of innovative technologies for modular and rapid construction, including eco-homes from bio-raw materials.

The extended team also includes:

  • A Rector responsible for launching the "University of Freedom."
  • A former Advisor to the President of Ukraine on security, overseeing the "Security" cluster.
  • A group of graduates of the "Sri Nataraji Academy," forming the core of the "Continuity Guarantees" cluster.
  • A team of highly qualified software developers capable of effectively solving any digitalization task in the shortest possible time.

17.4. Budget and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Stage 0: Preparatory (current)* Budget: $576,000.

  • Source: Impact investments (diaspora).
  • Direction: Investments in the "Starter Engine" (mobile complex), which becomes self-sustaining in ~4.5 months and subsequently fully finances all operational activities of the Order, the OS development team, and legal support.
  • KPI for Stage 0:
    • Order Team: 100% financially secured (EBITDA $165,000/month).
    • Axiopolis Project: 100% ready (free, partnership with "Larsen").
    • Supporters (Ukraine): 3,000,000 (Individual Entrepreneurs, IDPs, military personnel).
    • Supporters (World): 10,000,000 ("Clean Ocean" participants).

Stage 1: Legalization (Creation of Political Leverage)

  1. Requires no expenditure

Stage 2: Pilot Axiopolis (20,000 residents)

  • Total Budget: ~$910 million.
  • Details (overview):
    • City core (infrastructure, housing, social facilities, network of energy complexes): $800 million.
    • "Affordable Housing" cluster (factory): ~$60 million.
    • "Agrosector+" cluster (agro-hub): ~$50 million.
  • Source: International funds, private investors, credit lines from European banks backed by guarantees and products from the "Affordable Housing" cluster.
  • KPI for Stage 1:
    • Population: 20,000 citizens provided with housing and jobs.
    • Energy Independence: 100% (through solid waste processing).
    • Food Security: 100%.
    • Social Housing: ~12,500 m² generated annually (from 1st energy complex, $7.2 million).

17.5. Risk Analysis and Mitigation Strategies

  • Risk 1: Financial (Failure to fund Stage 1 - $910 million).
    • Mitigation:
      1. Low barrier to entry: We are not asking for $1 billion upfront. We start with $576,000, prove effectiveness, generate profit, and build trust.
      2. Proven profitability: The "Main Engine" ($7.2 million) has a payback period of ~2.4 years and solves two problems (solid waste and housing), making it an ideal object for impact investments.
      3. Self-financing: The "Clean Ocean" project operates on $0 investment, using corporate marketing budgets.
  • Risk 2: Technological (Technologies do not work).
    • Mitigation: Technologies have already been tested. The energy complex has undergone trials on industrial furnaces up to 8 MW. The Operating System is the 4th version, which has been "tested" on communities since 2004. The construction team has 20 years of practical experience.
  • Risk 3: Time (Delay of "D-Day" / Peace Treaty).
    • Mitigation: This is not a risk, but part of the plan. Stage 0 (OS, "Clean Ocean", "Starter Engine") operates independently of "D-Day" and under any conditions. We do not wait, but use this time to accumulate human capital, which is the main condition for the success of Stage 1.
  • Risk 4: Political (Resistance of the old system).
    • Mitigation:
      • Political Power: Our main asset is 3+ million mobilized supporters (Individual Entrepreneurs, IDPs, military personnel), whom we unite by solving their pressing problems before construction begins. This is our "political influence."
      • Humanitarian Shield: We start by solving the most painful problem - housing for 4.5 million refugees. Anyone who sabotages this project will publicly oppose the people.
      • "Golden Bridge": We offer old elites not destruction, but a peaceful transition and preservation of assets in exchange for cooperation.
