Description of the Operating System of the Future Society
v. 1.05 (27/07/2025 - 23/01/2026, 18:00)
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Definition.
The "Live World 4.0" Operating System (hereinafter referred to as OS LW 4.0) is a comprehensive digital life-support environment for the Future Society. In essence and content, it is a social network with expanded functionality, also performing the roles of an electronic state, a free public assistant, a media outlet, and a unified interaction interface between citizens, communities, the management system, and resources.
1.2. Purpose.
The primary goals for creating OS LW 4.0 are: · Creating conditions for and ensuring the transparency of self-governance and maximum environmental friendliness of social interactions. · Creating conditions under which the possibilities for damage, theft, and misuse of public and natural resources are minimized, ensuring a systemic reduction in corruption. · Conducting economic activity based on Energy Money.
1.3. Status.
The system is a free public product. It provides personal identification, the conduct of economic activity, education (Axiogenesis), and the protection of citizens' rights.
1.4. Principle of Accessibility.
The system interface is built on the principles of intuitive clarity, requiring no special technical knowledge from the User to manage resources.
1.5. Multilingualism.
The OS features a built-in function for the automatic translation of content into all popular world languages, ensuring the absence of language barriers and the possibility of global scaling.
1.6. Taxonomy Standard.
The OS serves as a single approved standard of taxonomy (systematization and classification) for all sectors of the economy, science, education, and hobbies, ensuring data unification on a global scale.
1.7. Principle of Business Reputation Determinism.
OS LW 4.0 algorithms are by definition isolated from the assessment of personal qualities that do not affect professional activity. It is forbidden to use data on private life, political views, religious beliefs, or personal sympathies of participants in the calculation of Business Reputation. Business reputation is the dry residue of completed contracts and resolved tasks.
2. FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECTURE AND CYBERSECURITY "NOONEXUS" (NooN)
2.1. Unified Data Warehouse.
The OS is a secure repository for a full spectrum of encyclopedic, service, and personal data.
- Citizen Database: Stores encrypted data (accessible via the owner's key) regarding birth, biography, medical records, driver’s records, as well as full history: educational, labor, career, judicial, and marital.
- Financial and Property Profile: Contains a list of assets, tax history, credit history, transaction history, as well as the history of psychotype and reputation formation (Axiogram).
- Communication Archive: Stores history of correspondence, chats, and participation in conferences and forums.
- Personal Space: Includes tools for self-expression: a personal blog, video blog, and photo album.
2.2. Management and Interaction Tools.
The OS provides built-in free tools for:
- Remote communication and learning (Axiogenesis).
- Project and organization management.
- Conducting elections, rating, competence testing, and voting (referendums) at any level.
- Citizen appeals to developers ("direct line") for the purpose of improving functionality and ordering new modules.
2.3. Fundamental Design Principles
The development and operation of OS LW 4.0 are based on three inviolable rules:
- Principle of Efficiency: Achieving maximum quality, safety, fault tolerance, and intuitive UX at the lowest possible resource and financial costs.
- Principle of Technological Selection: Using the best solutions, proven by time and practice, invented by humanity in the fields of cryptography, distributed networks, and interfaces.
- Principle of Mirroring (Isomorphism): The NooN architecture physically and logically separates data flows, mirroring social structure:
- NooCore (System Core) = Axiocode. Immutable program code containing the fundamental algorithms of the system (money emission rules, reputation calculation). Changes are made only through a procedure analogous to a constitutional referendum.
- NooNode = Cluster. A unit of data storage and processing corresponding to a specific community.
2.4. Architectural Philosophy
Unlike flat networks, NooNexus divides space into two layers:
- NooTerra Layer (Territorial Circuit):
- Correspondence: Intranets of clusters, Axiopolises, regions (local Mesh networks).
- Functions: Ensures the operation of critical infrastructure, utilities, security, and local management even in the absence of a connection to the global network.
- NooSphere Layer (Exterritorial Circuit):
- Correspondence: Global network (Internet).
- Functions: Connects people by interests, professions, and industries. An environment for marketplaces, science, and art.
NooNexus solves the fundamental problems of blockchain (low speed, high energy consumption, anonymity, scalability, security, decentralization) by shifting the paradigm: from a "blind transaction ledger" to a "trusted environment of verified personalities."
- Energy Efficiency: Unlike PoW (Proof-of-Work), NooN does not require burning electricity for mining. Validation occurs through useful computations and confirmation of competence.
- Speed and Scalability: Instead of storing a full copy of the ledger on every device (entropic redundancy), NooN uses a fractal data storage structure. Transaction speed is limited only by channel bandwidth, not block generation time.
- Semantics (Meaning): Blockchain guarantees that an entry was made. NooNexus guarantees that the entry is meaningfully accurate, thanks to validation by specialized expert clusters.
2.5. Cybersecurity System "Noonexus"
Noonexus is the immune system of the OS, built on a fractal type.
- Fractal Protection: The security architecture replicates the structure of the Future Society. Each level (Individual -> Cluster -> Axiopolis -> Region -> Country) is an autonomous security domain. A breach at the level of one cluster is localized automatically and does not jeopardize the entire System.
- Multilevel Domain Distribution: Data is segmented based on necessity and access level. Critically important Axiometry registries are protected by distributed consensus between clusters.
- Digital Subject (NooPersona): The digital projection of a citizen within the NooN architecture. Ensures privacy through Zero-Knowledge Proof protocols. Data belongs to the user, not the platform.
2.6. Storage and Digital Sovereignty Model
The system eliminates centralized "giant data centers," returning data control to the individual:
- Level 0: PWA-Agent (Neuron / Citizen), primary node: The citizen's smartphone or PC is the primary storage for their encrypted personal data, transaction history, and Axiogram.
- Essence: An autonomous software module on the user's device (smartphone, PC). This is not just a "client" but a full-fledged network node.
- Edge Computing: All biometric and cryptographic operations occur locally on the device's processor, ensuring data sovereignty.
- Offline-First: The Agent stores critically important data ("Digital Cortex") and is capable of conducting transactions without access to the global network.
- Level 1: Community Node (Cluster Intranet), secondary node: Data servers within the cluster's local network store synchronized copies of participants' data. This ensures instantaneous restoration of access if a personal device is lost (via biometric identification protocols and confirmation by trusted persons of the cluster).
- Essence: A local server ("Digital Heart") serving the Territorial Cluster.
- Function: Creates a protected physical Intranet. Stores encrypted backups of community members' data. Ensures the work of the Council of Deputies/Curators, utilities, and security even if the external internet is disconnected.
- Levels 2, 3, 4, …: Nodes of Axiopolises, Regions, Countries, Global Network (Noosphere): A semantic network uniting Territorial and Exterritorial clusters.
- Synchronization of all nodes: Data updates occur in the background when connected to the cluster network.
2.7. Interface and Access: PWA-Centricity
To ensure maximum UX and independence from corporate intermediaries:
- PWA (Progressive Web Apps): The OS and all its services function as progressive web applications. They install instantly, work offline, have access to device functions, and are not dependent on censorship or AppStore/Google Play conditions.
- Universality: The same code works effectively on any device with a browser, minimizing development and maintenance costs.
2.8. Communication and Autonomy Protocols
LW 4.0 is capable of functioning under conditions of total isolation from the global internet:
- Local Intranet Networks: Each Axiopolis and cluster has its own network infrastructure (fiber optics, radio-relay lines).
- Mesh Networks and P2P: Point-to-point interactions between citizens are carried out directly through temporary connections (WiFi Direct, Bluetooth, NFC). This allows for the exchange of "Energy Money," documents, or votes through simple physical proximity.
- Fault Tolerance: The global internet is used only as "transport" for communication between remote Axiopolises, but is not mandatory for the internal life of the city.
- Confidentiality: Access to distributed data copies is possible only upon confirmation of the owner's identity (via Axioscopy protocols).
- Autonomy: This allows the system to maintain functionality (resource exchange, voting, identification) even in the absence of global internet, turning each Axiopolis into an independent digital island.
2.9. Pure ID Protocol (Protocol of Flawless Identification)
The system guarantees the principle of "One person — one account," excluding bots and multi-accounts, while observing absolute privacy.
- Biometric Core (Edge-Biometrics):
- Uses 3D face topography (468 points) and a voiceprint.
- Liveness Check: Protection against deepfakes through checking random micro-movements and phrases.
- Privacy: Biometrics are converted into an irreversible Vector Hash on the device. The server never sees the user's face, receiving only cryptographic proof (Zero-Knowledge Proof).
- Social Level (Institute of Verifiers):
- Verifier Role: An elected position in the Community with a high standard of responsibility. The Verifier physically confirms the citizen's identity during primary registration or access recovery (in case of device loss).
- Recommenders (Optional): Having recommendations from existing citizens is not mandatory for entry but accelerates the initial growth of Business Reputation (Social Boost).
2.10. Five Pillars of Trust (Functional Protocols)
I. Protocol of Voting (Secure Vote)
- Mechanism: The ballot is signed with a private key on the user's device.
- Protection against Fraud: It is impossible to change a vote on the server, as the server does not possess the user's key.
- Offline Mode: A citizen can vote without internet. The vote is stored in the PWA-agent and automatically synchronized (sent to the "ballot box") when a connection to the Community Node appears.
II. Protocol of Competence (Proof-of-Skill)
- Validation: A grade (qualification) is assigned not by an algorithm but by a specialized Expert Commission through standardized tests within the System.
- Updating: A smart contract automatically requires confirmation of qualification (revalidation) every 5 years. Without this, access to complex types of activity is blocked.
- Protection against Populism: The network's mathematics prevents an incompetent majority from making decisions on highly specialized issues (medicine, engineering).
III. Reputation Protocol
- Dynamism: Reputation is not a static number but a "Sliding Window" of events (e.g., the last 20,000 interactions).
- Correction: A negative rating cannot be deleted; it can only be "displaced" by new positive actions.
- Mediation: The system includes a Time-Delay before publishing a negative review to allow for dispute resolution.
IV. Financial Protocol (Labor Emission)
- Emission: Not centralized (Central Bank) and not mined. Emission is performed by a "Cognitive Script" automatically at the moment of creating a Socially Useful Product confirmed by the Cluster.
- Backing: 1 Tavro is strictly pegged to 1 hour of standard labor (~150 kcal). The Entropy Protocol (automatic amortization) weekly burns excess money supply, making inflation technically impossible.
- Double Circuit: Digital (for most valid calculations) and Cash/Token-card (for micro-operations and offline mode).
- Algorithmization: Automatic cost calculation applies only to standardized time-based labor to determine the Emission Limit Price (how much money can be issued for this product).
- Meaning: This prevents inflation by not allowing the issuance of 1000 money units for a product that took 10 units of labor to create.
- Subjective Value: The market price of unique goods (art, innovation) is determined by free agreement between parties, but emission for them is limited by basic algorithms.
V. Protocol of Checks and Balances
- Separation of Powers: Competence tests are developed by Methodologists (The Branch of Thinkers of the Order), who do not participate in market competition, together with advanced AI models. This excludes the possibility of collusion between current experts against newcomers ("Tyranny of Experts").
- Oversight: Industry Oversight Councils monitor the objectivity of tests and validation results.
2.11. Toolset: Cognitive Scripts and Digital Cortex
- Digital Cortex: Replaces a passive "account" or "wallet." It is an active digital profile storing the Axiometry Vector (reputation), Competence Layer, and Financial Core (Operating Account + Savings Cloud).
- Cognitive Scripts: The Evolution of Smart Contracts. They are capable of understanding context, requesting expert assessment from living people (via PoC), and operating with concepts of reputation, not just balances.
3. FUNCTIONAL MODULES OF OS LIVE WORLD 4.0
3.1. Unified Data Repository (Digital Profile)
OS LW 4.0 aggregates user data in a secure profile:
- Axiogram: A visualization of the citizen's current status, consisting of three metrics: Business Reputation, Competence (licenses/grades), and Responsibility.
- Psychoprofile: A dynamic model of personality characteristics and inclinations.
- Assets: Management of the Operating Account and Savings Cloud in Energy Money.
3.2. Governance Module
Interface for implementing "Liquid Democracy":
- Hire/Recall: A mechanism for instantaneous delegation of a vote to a manager (Deputy/Curator) or its recall ("unchecking the box").
- Referendums: Tools for voting within Communities (NooTerra) and Industries (NooSphere).
3.3. Market for Goods and Services (Marketplace).
The OS integrates a platform economy tool, free for all users, for direct interaction between producer and consumer, excluding intermediaries—a global marketplace combining the functionality of:
- A trading platform for retail and wholesale sellers.
- An auction for unique lots.
- Personal online stores of users and message boards.
- A recruitment system (Job site), housing/equipment rental, service booking, and subscription management.
- Important: All transactions pass through a system of end-to-end Reputation assessment of participants, goods, and brands, excluding the possibility of rating manipulation. Ranking of goods and services is based exclusively on verified reviews and the reputation of the producer. Commercial advertising is replaced by objective analytics.
3.4. Financial Tools.
- Financial Center: Conducting transactions in Energy Money, automatic splitting of public fees, interest-free lending.
- Transition Period: A built-in Bank (as a temporary tool until full transition to EM) for conducting operations with fiat currencies, providing payment guarantees (escrow accounts) and refunds in case of non-fulfillment of obligations.
3.5. Electoral System Module (Delegation).
- Elections: Carried out in real-time through digital delegation of responsibility (by clicking a button in the candidate's profile).
- Recall of Vote: The user has the right to recall their vote and re-elect a Delegate at any moment (instant re-elections).
- Competence: Candidates for managerial roles undergo mandatory automated competence testing in the relevant field before nomination.
- Levels of Responsibility: A citizen can delegate responsibility to a Delegate or bear it independently (individually or collectively).
3.6. Civil Control and Response Module.
- Mechanism: Recording incidents (photo/video + geodata) via the OS interface.
- Routing: The OS automatically determines the responsible Delegate or service based on geocoordinates and the type of problem.
- Feedback: The problem-solving process is transparent to the applicant (statuses, queue of appeals, notification of completion).
- Assessment: Upon completion, the applicant evaluates the quality of work of the responsible person, which directly affects the manager's Reputation.
4. AXIOМETRY ALGORITHMS AND SUBJECTIVE CONTROL
4.1. "Deconstructor's Lot" Module
OS LW 4.0 automatically executes the annual Deconstructor rotation protocol. The system forms a pool of candidates from among the Priors and Axiarchs whose digital declarations confirm the criterion of "Pure Service" (absence of beneficial interest in business assets and current managerial roles) and makes the selection via a cryptographically secure random algorithm (lot).
4.2. "Reader" Access Protocol
At the moment of activation of the annual mandate, the OS assigns the Deconstructor the highest level of access to data of the corresponding coordination level. The protocol includes the ability to monitor all transactions, voting protocols, and closed communication channels (chats) of the council in real-time. The system guarantees the immutability of these access rights for the entire term (1 year) of the Deconstructor's powers.
5. SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
5.1. Feedback.
A mechanism for direct communication with developers for suggestions on improving functionality is integrated into the OS.
5.2. Realization of Needs.
The development of OS modules is carried out based on User requests to satisfy their needs within reasonable timeframes.
5.3. Resilience.
Data is distributed across geographically remote data centers (decentralization principle). Each Axiopolis is capable of functioning autonomously.
5.4. Evolution.
The development and update of OS LW 4.0 are carried out based on user requests (Open Feedback Loop) under the supervision of the Order's Institute of Deconstruction, which excludes the possibility of introducing software backdoors or distorting the lottery algorithms in the interests of specific groups.
6. APPLICATIONS AND PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
OS LW 4.0 extends beyond the digital world, managing its own physical life-support infrastructure:
6.1. Transport Company of the Future Society.A low-tariff logistics operator managed by OS algorithms for maximum efficiency. Includes:
- A fleet of electric trucks of various tonnages (including refrigerated trucks and specialized equipment) for intercity transportation.
- A suburban and doorstep delivery service ("last mile").
- A network of electric charging stations and automated office-warehouses for receiving, storing, and issuing cargo.
6.2. Telecommunications Operator.
A low-tariff provider ensuring the digital independence of the OB. It provides satellite, wireless, wired, and optical communication services, guaranteeing access to the OS from anywhere in the world.
